    Bon rapport qualité-prix.

    Le bruit !!! C'est la deuxième fois que je séjournais dans cet hôtel et les deux fois, il y avait une fête dans une salle que l'hôtel loue à des extérieurs. Si votre chambre n'est pas assez éloignée de l'entrée, vous avez la sono dans la chambre jusqu'à une heure du matin !!!

    "Central position giving easy access to Prestatyn and Rhyl and other places of interest. Customer care and facilities including food was excellent. Would stay again but bring a soft foam matress to place on the bed." (108420549)

    Staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was also excellent. Swimming pool lovely and warm although small.

    Room on the small size, so was bed - a small double. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable.

    Bar. Clean bathroom. Staff friendly.

    One room had a musty smell. One room was much smaller. When asked for cappucinno informed that machine out of order. Decor of rooms outdated

    Food was good in restaurant. Most of staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good value for money. Excellent views if at front of hotel.

    No shaver socket in room. No lift. Buffet breakfast deteriorates the later you come down for breakfast. Mushrooms were extremely dry and wrinkled for example. Insufficient variety on restaurant menu for us.

    the staff were wonderfull

    the only thing I would change at the hotel are the bathrooms. Even though I had help to get in and out of the shower the bath was so high from the floor I stumbled this could be made safe by having a small box step in the bathroom.

    Thin walls, creaking floorborads. Breakfast a bit on the 'stewed' side, as a result of buffet style.

    Was given a room over a wedding reception, very noisey until early hours of next morning, wasn't advised of this on check in

    Friendly helpful staff. Good value for money. Good breakfast facilities. Nice view from room. Clean room.

    Bathroom door wouldn't stay shut without locking it.... Couldn't work out how to convert the shower water flow to use the bath, so had to fill the bath with the shower. Wedding night do was on, noisy guests passing the room in the early hours of the morning. Could hear couple next door in the early hours of the morning too!!!!

    Since the shower head bracket was loose on the riser rail, it was not possible to keep it in the right position when showering - hence a rather wet floor

    Very cheerful and helpful staff.

    Buffet was not kept filled and didn't always look fresh. I asked for porage one day and was told the kitchen had run out (???). Next day I again asked for porage and it came smothered with maple syrup. This was OK but it would have been nice to have been asked.

    Nice sized room. Friendly and helpful staff. Bar open till 2 for residents. Nice swimming pool and sauna which was quiet. Nice lounge and food (resteraunt and bar snacks) Pool table in bar. Good access to all routes.

    Slip road shut during our stay, no diversion sign. Area, not much to see or do especially in Winter (most attractions closed).

    The staff were excellent, particularly the receptionist. I felt really at home there and will definately be staying there again.

    The only problem was that the electric heater didn't work and it was a little cold that night!

    for us the hotel was in a ideal area close to dads house as it was a birthday party for him resturant staff very helpfull

    needed more staff especialy on the bar evening time, we also waited a while for the food

    Only 5 channels on the TV and Ch5 had a pretty poor reception.

    Staff were friendly, well presented and polite. Excellent food quality and portion size and not over priced.

    Bathroom was ok for a single person but would have been awkward for parents with young children. Wireless internet had poor signal.

    The room was a luxury suite and was very plush

    the cutlery at breakfast was not clean and there were marks on the plates from the dishwasher that had not been rinsed off properly. Hallways in the bedrooms were in the process of being painted

    "The hotel is very nice and offers excellent value for money. I was running a business meeting and what impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help. The bar food was very tasty and the bar itself very comfortable and welcoming. Whilst the hotel shows signs of age, it represents good value for money and I would be keen to stay here again the next time I'm in the area." (97957005)

    The food was excellent and the bar staff friendly and accomodating.

    The hotel is rather dated and the room was very cold when the heater was not turned on.
