    Good ,easily car accessible, location. Very efficient and clean hotel with very helpful staff.

    Minor quibbles. In house bar very pricey, in room ironing facilities not at all user friendly- cable attachment of iron to board made effective ironing virtually impossible!

    "I would have said "Perfect" if it was not for the issue of Hot Water which kind of ruined my entire day." (108762877)

    Very friendly staff, easly and timely check in/out process. Very clean room and hotel.

    No hot water, was unable to shower in the morning before attending a wedding. Several calls made to reception but they were unable to resolve by the time I had to leave. Then had to pay for my breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Was not impressed with that.

    "It is a good place to stay if you need to be somewhere convenient however it is a very lively hotel so I am not sure that it would suit anyone with small children or those who are light sleepers." (108850973)

    Rooms were a good size and the hotel generally was of clean appearence. Night staff were very helpful. It is close to the town centre so is very convenient.

    There was no hot water on arrival and we were not informed of this prior to check in or in fact at check in. I was told by a relative who had checked in the night before! Shower had left over soap from a previous guest and although I do not like wastage I did think this was a bit unhygenic! Breakfast service was incredibly poor - system was not good at all. Definately would not order breakfast again although the Matre d was very helpful.

    "My Room could have been hoovered properly, you could see where the dust have build up for weeks or even months around the skirting boards, and the toilet stant of urine, my partner had to spray perfume to surpress the smell.By the way my room No was 244 ." (107443520)

    Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

    Breakfast in the morning was very poor, a number of guest had to wait for for nearly 15 minutes to get their fried breakfast, and when it came it was not enough to go round for the number of guest waiting. VERY POOR.

    excellent hotel. high standards maintained.

    none that were noticable at the time only bad point was that you had to pay for parking. should be free. seems bit extorionate.

    Checking in and out was excellent, staff were friendly and very efficient.

    No REAL bad points, the rooms are fairly average in comparison to the overall feel of the hotel when you enter, which is quite modern and stylish. But for the rate we paid the room was adequate.

    Good standards of cleanliness. Good decor.

    Receptionist could find no record of our booking, either through our name, our reference number, or name of additional couple I had booked in at the same time in October. On hearing this, we asked for a room anyway then, and she actually seemed pleased to inform us that the hotel was full. She asked if we had brought the print-off of our booking, and on informing her that as stated on the site, our reference number was all that was required. However, I did suggest that if she gave me access to the internet I could bring it up to show her. She put a pound coin on the counter, and told us to use the public access internet station..... As we went to do just that, she came after us to say she had found our booking, and we were 'no longer on the system, as the other couple had already checked in' Baffling?? Also poor handling of the situation..... Same receptionist, upon checking out,tried to charge us and another couple who were in our car, BOTH for parking fee.

    Clean & efficiennt with smart & friendly staff

    Billing - my Amex card has been charged with a pre-paid amount of £132.00. My invoice for my recent stay doesn't add up. Could do with some clarity around this, but will contact the hotel direct to assist with it's resolve.

    Central location. Clean and spacious. Free parking.

    Shower did not work we could only run a bath. Insufficient milk for tea in the afternoon and morning.Could not control the heating and it was cold early evening.Staff a bit sullen on check-in

    "Having stoped in many Hotels this year in excess of 50 nights I found the accomadation very expensive for what it offered. The swiming pool was outside and closed which was not clear when booking. I only used the Hotel because it was on Active Hotels which is where I usually book my overnights with. If I was to stop in Wolverhampton again I would look elswhere for a more suitable Hotel." (97814178)

    "it was fine but we thought breakfast was expensive so didn't bother. Wolverhampton doesn't seem to have a good range of hotels so this is probably the better end of the range." (97153499)

    it was close to the station and an acceptable standard for one night.

    on check - in we were sent to 3 rooms before we got one that was actually ready ! staff weren't very efficient.
