    Herkenbare goed kwaliteit van kamer en hotel

    Kok/keuken was matig tot slecht!! Zeer lang gewacht tot het eten kwam, daarna vastgesteld dat hamburgers aangebrand en Ceasarsalade geserveerd werd zonder kip, terwijl dat toch werd berekend. Hierover verder geen klacht ingediend, gezien de ober al drie keer zijn verontschuldigingen had aangeboden en we niet alweer wilden klagen over de slechte service!!

    Staff excellant very helpful

    The heating was brokena and although a convector heater was in place and it did heat up the room there was no way of heating the room until you were inside meaning it was cold for sometime until the convector filled the room.

    Receptionist extremely helpful.

    Not enough milk to coffee/tea ratio. Have you treid a mug of your coffee with only one phial of powdered milk?Yuk!

    Rooms were clean.

    Had a meal in the hotel on the second night, not only was the food so cold that we had to send it back, but all they did was put it in a microwave, so when it came back out the steak was dry and overcooked. All in all not a nice meal for £55.

    Without gushing, we were completely overwhelmed with the service that we received, the room was great, exactly what we needed. Sergio on the reception desk was really welcoming. The breakfast the next morning was tasty. Really, we could fault nothing and will be using the hotel again as we have friends near by.

    The staff were all fantastic in fact I have never seen a group of staff so good I was amazed. This should be the normal but in reality its not but it was a pleasure to stay with them

    We have stayed in this hotel before and found it to be excellent. Check in staff was very friendly. A very quiet hotel at night bar facilities were very good,clean and very comfortable room. Overall we would certainly stay there again

    Reception staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Children were made to feel welcome and were pleased to be given a bag containing crayons and books etc. Thank you. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Breakfast excellent as per normal in your hotels.

    Friendly welcome by reception, found the hotel well equipped with all your needs. Large spotless & comfortable room.

    carpet in bedroom not properly vacumed lot of dust around legs of desk and wardrobes seemed to be there for a long time.

    Low cost, helpful and happy reception. Good choice of food in restaurant and not over priced. The food was nicely cooked and tasty. All 4 of us enjoyed the food and was pleasantly surprised.

    First room, the bathroom floor was very spongey which must have suffered from a water leak. This should have been repaired and made good before allowing guests to stay as the room also smell of wet damp. We were changed to a new room without any hassle. The air for the draught beer was flat and could not be fixed, but we had bottled beer instead. Another set of towels provided as standard would have been nice, since there were 2 people in the room, but I could have asked for extra towels, but didn't bother as it was late.

    Room clean and good value.

    Waited an hour for the evening meal - they forgot our order. Still don't have a receipt so need to check price on my credit card statement. Don't even know how much we have been charged! This is bad. I am disabled, I was on the second floor and for 2 days the lift was not working.

    Easy to book. Very clean. Clean decor. Very cheerful & helpful staff. Comfortable beds! Good breakfasts.

    Would like to see more coffee in the room rather than going down to ask for more.

    The receptionist was friendly and helpful and I greatly appreciated the policy for solo female guests. I liked the restaurant being an integral part of the hotel and the breakfast options were good. In addition to the usual local area lighting the room had good overhead lighting which was great and so rare in most hotels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable so I slept well.

    The only disappointment was the television, it was quite small so not easily viewable from a distance. There were only a few TV/radio channels and two of them were not working so there was very little choice of programs which is disappointing when many people have Sky TV and are used to 100s of channels at home.

    location was what we were looking for however dissappointed in the amount of noise levels

    very noisey room, outside traffic was very disturbing...we even changed rooms to an apparently quieter room which was clearly not. upon check-in we were advised of a 'good night policy refund' which we were not offered on early departure, as we decided to travel to our next location which was 4 hours away...

    I was particularly pleased with the hotel policy for situating single female guests away from the ground floor etc. Reception staff were extremely polite and friendly without 'overdoing it'!

    I have to say that I think your breakfast prices are astronomical!!!

    Great, helpful reception staff, clean room, great beds.

    There was a lot of noise from the room above. When night staff were told about this the noise still continued. The night staff should have continued to monitor the situation once they had been told there was a problem. The floor in the bathroom was coming up through dampness. I would not have wanted this room for more than a night.
