    Friendly and very helpful staff who understood that I needed to have breakfast slightly earlier than timetabled.

    The handle on the toilet was a bit erratic!

    Extremely efficient service and very friendly staff. Clean and very quiet. Given a choice of rooms on arrival, good choice of breakfast. Warm and comfortable bed.

    Shower room needs attention; loo flusher became stuck twice which could have caused a problem. Decor tatty but clean in shower room.

    The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

    I would suggest that a second mirror could be placed over the area where the kettle was placed. As a hairdryer was also there, it would make sense to have a mirror to use, especially since there is no plug point near the bathroom where the only other mirror is placed. How does a girl dry her hair and see what she looks like at the same time???

    This hotel is excellent value for money. The welcome of the staff was the most friendly i have received in a long time, nothing was too much trouble. They deserve to do well.

    Friendly staff, breakfast excellent, clean and tidy, great value. We were upgraded free to a larger room so plenty of space. Hairdryer in the room and tea/coffee making facilities which is great for such a small guest house. We asked for a quiet room and were given one.

    No heating in the bathroom so cold. Parking at the front of the hotel is limited

    Good parking. Excellent breakfast offering different types of food for all. Staff friendly, welcoming and interested in promoting the facilities provided. A nice space of time allocated for breakfast.

    I found the room basic, but very clean, small and slightly noisey due to late entry from other guests. A clock is always useful.

    Check in and showing the room by the keeper was friendly and gave a welcome feeling.

    The Manager was excellent - the breakfast was very good too and the quality of refreshments were not compromised considering the size of the lodge. Silly things like the tea and coffee on offer where of good quality, the bread at breakfast was fresh and not cheap, the soap and shower gel on offer were of good quality and the room was nice, clean and fresh.

    "We (myself, my husband and mother-in-law) stayed at The Warwick Lodge Hotel as we were attending a Birthday party at a nearby Golf Club. We had the family room (double & single beds) and we thought the accommodation was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was very nice too. We would definitely stay here again should the need arise."     The hotel/room was very clean and tidy.

    When we used the hairdryer in the morning it stopped working after about 30 seconds. We phoned reception to ask for another and the Manager said he had just given out the remaining spare one to another room whose fuse had also blown. We had to 'towel dry'!
