    Staff friendly,courteous;room warm.

    TV missing,had to request;furniture tired and in need of replacement,as did the room need refurbished.Shower curtain filthy;bath leaked all over bathroom floor,had to dam it with a towel whilst showering;hole in the wall covered by sticky tape....sash window to the front unable to close fully,traffic noise disturbing,and luckily for us the night was warm(would not recommend a winter`s night!......in the morning the `full scottish breakfast` on the booking form was nothing of the sort,consisting instead of cereal,coffee and toast...had to go the pub to get fed.

    very clean, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast, freshly cooked.

    could do with the rooms updating and the general decor given a facelift but for the money paid was absolutly fine.

    was impressed with absolutely clean,crisp bed linen and fluffy towels... even the pillows were nice and plump.. breakfast was very good... staff were polite...

    couldnt get to sleep for external noise of people talking and laughing very loudly... didnt know where they were but made a lovely stay into a bit of a nightmare with only getting a few hours sleep...

    Very good location, a bitof a walk to the SECC, but well worth it for it's location. Room was clean and warm, reception was available early or late. Breakfast was good and really good value for money, as was the whole stay.

    The shower in my room was not working for all but the last night of my stay, despite reporting it on the first night.

    The room was large with plenty of space to move about and the inclusive breakfast was good. It was easy to get into the centre and there are a good number of places to eat nearby.

    On my booking form I had asked for a ground floor room but when we arrived we were told we were on the top floor(the booking had been made 4 months before). However the receptionist was very good and managed to change our room to the first floor. The shower was very hard to turn on and off but had a good flow.

    We found the hotel very good. Good location, nice and quiet hotel with a nice cooked breakfast.

    The hairdryer was missing in the room.

    Room sizes good. A problem with the booked room sizes, but the staff sorted this with no inconvenience to ourselves. Breakfast good and tasty and quick.

    Rooms could do with a bit of a touch up. Electrics were a bit dodgy in one room, plug socket away from the wall. One shower out of three was not working Single glazing resulted in a lot of traffic noise.

    Room was very good,clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent.

    Breakfast plates could have been warmer.No salt/pepper on the table.There should have been a hot water pot along with the tea which had at breakfast.It was a steep climb to our room on the 2nd floor ( we are 68 yrs old! ).Why only 3 coffee/tea/milks and not 4 in a twin room?

    Excellent petit déjeuner - hotel très calme, à 2mn de kelvingrove Park pratique pour pique-niquer le soir, plusieurs bus ( n° 16-18-42-42A ) à proximité désservent le centre.

    Pas d'ascenceur, un peu loin du centre à pied

    Nice character hotel. In need of a little TLC but I liked it. Asked to change rooms to an on-suite and was accomodated without question.

    Convenient to City center. Facilities nearby. Reasonably quiet night. Good breakfast service

    Comfortable beds

    No heating in first room. re-located to another room where the door would not lock, taps were loose in sink, mould in shower, no water at all on second day.

    Convenient location and reasonable prices

    Walls dirty in room, table lamp had no bulb in it, room door was not very secure and given the size of the wash hand basin, I'm not sure where you were supposed to fill the kettle. Also no hairdryer in room. Ran out of toilet paper in room - which is extremely poor given we were only there overnight.

    1.cold shower first morning (but fixed after I complained) 2.woken at 6am every morning by the smell of breakfast - the breakfast was fine, the smell was disgusting 3. My non-en-suite bathroom had a very broken handle and the lock kept falling apart 4. breakfast was too early 5. huge laundy bags lying around in the corridors 6. when it rained there was water everywhere in the main entranace due to numerous leaks

    Great price, excellent location, reasonable room and service

    the staff thought you used vinegar to make a poached egg. Think they got mixed up between poached and pickled eggs as they said that is how they make them there. They did change mine for scrambled so be careful early morning was a bit of a shock to get a mouthful of vinegar for me.
