    Clean, comfortable hotel. Spacious comfortable bedroom. Receptionist very friendly and helpful.

    The hotel & room were tidy and clean.

    There was a meagre provision of coffee, milk & biscuits in the room The kettle was placed beside a round pin plug socket - I have not seen these for years. The next available plug socket which fitted the kettle was directly behind the TV. Disinterested staff - 1 was taking a personal call as we attempted to pay our bill.

    The hotel is modern and the rooms are large and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional. We had a very nice meal in the bar.

    We had asked to get a twin room and were told by the receptionsist at 4.30pm that it would not be a problem. On returning to the hotel at 1am we discovered that this request had not been followed up and the attitude among staff, with the exception of one, was that it was not their problem.

    Spotless friendly staff food excellent especially breakfast great choice for a buffet.

    Nothing other than we thought the drink expensive, and this was the feeling of the entire wedding party.

    The restaurant though not used on this occasion is good.

    The room smelt of stale smoke and wasof a low standard for the description of executive.

    "I am surprised there is no question about the resaurant. The menu was not large but quality more then made up for that! The Meal was great and I speak for my wife as well. Well done." (99518186)

    Clean, bright large room. Massive bed. Bathroom fine. 10 out of 10.

    TV too small for the size of room.

    the size of the room and bed, im 6ft 5 and always have problems with short hotel beds

    Good location and modern facilities. Although not in the centre of the town, it is close to transportation if you're travelling without a vehicle. It is walking distance to town centre if the weather is good.
