    Bon accueil . Chambre confortable.Parking . Proximité du Centre Ville .

    La première nuit ,j'ai souffert du bruit (bruit continuel de machine) . J'ai demandé une autre chambre,ce qui a été accepté ,et ensuite,c'était très bien . Je n'ai pas aimé la tête de lit et le couvre-lit en tissu fort épais pour des raisons évidentes d'hygiène et aussi parce que le dessus de lit était fort lourd .

    Central for Harrogate

    Room of lounge although no noise from lounge noise from room above loud talking and walking around could not sleep

    Location to the centre of Harrogate was good. excellent choice for breakfast and a very professional and friendly service from the staff.

    Only down side would be the parking but on arriving if the Hotel car park was full you were given parking permits to park your vehicle on the road outside the Hotel.

    "I have stayed at Grants hotel before so I knew what to expect. The young lady on reception was especially helpfull and deserves a special mention." (99956293)

    Good situation for the centre of Harrogate, nice breakfast and pleasant staff.

    The day had been very sunny and the room was extremely hot. It could have done with air conditioning.

    "I would certainly stay in this hotel again. the staff were really welcoming at all times. the room was large , airy and clean. It is central for the shopping area which is really good . Also it is near the main tourist attractions in the area.They have a book of all the attractions in the relevant part of Yorkshire which is extremely helpful.i had a most enjoyable stay."     The hotel was really good , the restaurant food was excellent with a wide ranging menu to suit all tastes. Easy to find the hotel.

    "The hotel is very well placed for the conference centre, but the single rooms are small and the showers even smaller. However everything was in working order. Nice choice of fish for breakfast." (3304768037)

    "The hotel is close to major points of interest in Harrogate and very handy for the bridge congresses held in the Cairn Hotel, which was my particular interest. Chimney Pots provided an excellent service with a well air conditioned dining room. The menu was better than in many a place I've stayed at and I do like my food." (3304331328)

    Large airy room with a good sized linked double/twin bed (room 222).

    The upstairs corridor was airless. The buttons on the lift control panel need service.

    Comfortable hotel - retained the charm you would expect of a hotel in Harrogate

    My room was below the entrance and I had to go upstairs to exit and to access the bar and dining facilities.

    Small, family-run hotel.

    Room was a bit on the small side. Would have liked a proper desk and chair for computer work.

    "No negative observations, except maybe for the room tariff. It seems that there are different prices for rooms, especially if these are booked well in advance before my stay.     Clean, well appointed. All staff efficient, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

    "The room provided almost everything that I would have expected, other than a bedside storage facility, I had to put my watch and book on the floor next to the bed. The radio/alarm didn't work and I could not get hold of the reception at midnight to book an early call. I had to get dressed and visit reception which was unmanned, I found the early call book on the staff side of reception and completed it myself (I did get a call). The breakfast was adequate, if not totally filling. The dining area was also rather tight when busy and would be extremely difficult to negotiate as a disabled individual (my wife is blind). Also, at £84 per night for single accommodation it is rather pricy and, in my humble opinion, not competitive." (2782313)

    It was clean and functional.

    In the single rooms I would have expected a bedside table, or at least somewhere to place your watch/book/mobile etc other than the floor.

    "The hotel is very central and access from the main A1(M) is excellent. Parking in front of the hotel was good. All local amenities are within walking distance including the main shopping centre and banks." (2138765)

    Clean, convenient for the facilities we wanted. Good food, well presented. Pleasant staff.
