  Very clean.

  Layout of room was unorthodox and we expected to be able to get breakfast at the related pub/restaurant but had to go elsewhere.

  Friendly staff, ease of booking and accessability.

  on one of the busiest roads in Norwich and in the middle of student digs-land.

  All aspects relating to the accomadation were good

  Lights on the upper landing did not work this could cause someone to fall down the stairs in the dark

  "On arrival I discovered there was a lack of hair dryer in my room as was claimed in the hotel description. I called reception and they said I was mistaken that they had not claimed this and none of the rooms have hairdryers and made me feel guilty for complaining. I had a wedding to get ready for the next day and ended up with bad hair. I also slept badly for worrying about the lack of a hairdryer." (108255029)

  It was cheap, 15% off in pub across the road.

  Room heater did not work, dead insects on the window ledge, lack of hairdryer, neighbours talking till late heard through paper thin walls, shower was a weak trickle.

  A lovely room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, a pleasant location.

  "Short stay only - would have liked more time to enjoy immediate surroundings." (107815812)

  Excellent welcome - warm and friendly. Beautiful surroundings loved the Victorian gardens. Plantation House quiet and peaceful. Good car parking.

  Room 28 needed a mirror. Television reception poor in room 27.
