    Very clean room, great breakfast, friendly staff.

    Bathroom a bit small, bed very soft, not uncomfortable though, room very warm.

    "Would not have booked if booking info had mentioned room is in basement. Parking is available on street. Within easy walking distance of town centre. Sunday breakfast only served 9-9:30, and check out for 10am, rather quick." (107821632)

    Hosts extremely hospitable, couldn't be more helpful. Excellent breakfast.

    The family room let our stay down. Disappointed that it was in basement with little natural light. On the small side for family of 4 with young kids, hard to imagine with older kids or 4 adults. Bottom 2 steps down to basement uneven step height, caught us out a number of times.

    Good breakfast friendly owners clean room with ensuite all for very reasonable price. Also within walking distance of town centre.

    No car park but car parking easy enough.

    The friendliness of the staf. The rooms that we occupied hsd recently been refurbished so the standard was excellent. The breakfast was freshly cooked.Street car parking is available outside the hotel

    The hotel is quite a distance from the shops,winter gardens but it should not put anyone off who doesn't mind a walk.

    "Solid no frills B&B place, a little out of the town centre one block from the Promenade (no sea views), but easy access to all amenities by tram. Town centre, North Pier, Tower 10 minutes. South Pier, Pleasure Beach 20 minutes away. Fleetwood Freeport 20 minutes away. Some traffic noise during the day, but no 'party racket' at all. The Wilton discourages 'Stag and Hens', and is clearly trying to maintain standards. Close to the Imperial and Savoy, if you want to go posh for an evening out. Top beaches nearby. Value for money."     "We were made to feel extremely welcome by the hoteliers and they were helpful in terms of information about the area in which we were staying. The room was clean, had good internal decor and was inviting. The breakfast was served promptly and was freshly prepared.     the friendlinesof the owners and their willingness to help in every way. Electricity was off most of 1st evening due to a fire down the road but owners could not have been more helpful about this including providing tel no of alternative hotel. Glad we stayed.

    "I would definatley reccomend this hotel as a very good value for the money we paid. June & Andrew were very pleasant and welcoming. How ever I was not too keen on pre-ordering breakfast and since when have hash browns been english? The first day we left the hash browns and fried bread, but made a note for the following day and were not served them. How ever when pre-ordering why not have a list of breakfast items or check before serving if we like every thing." (3305060772)

    "The Wilton Hotel was for us in an ideal location well away from weekend revelers yet a nice scenic walk to town and shopping center.the hotel is very well decorated and very clean,the food was fantastic and well served we would definately recomend The Wilton and will use it again in the future."     the accommodation was easy to get to easy to find and very clean food was exellent and HOT we enjoyed our stay and would visit again if ever in blackpool

    "Upon arrival June and andy were very welcoming. Unfortunately the street was full so we couldnt park on the street (although this was not the fault of the hotel and the time we chose to visit). The decor was very old fashioned and in dire need of updating. The bedroom was adequate although the socket wasn,t near the mirror for doing hair etc. The linen was clean and the beds were comfortable. The taps in the en-suite needed attention. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous and we couldnt fault the service. Although this isnt the best report the hotel was clean and the staff very welcoming and we would recommend it as for the price it is reasonable." (99432177)

    June and Andrew really do care about their guests and go out of their way to create a friendly, family environment. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location great, only a short walk to all attractions but far enough away from the 'louder' South Pier end of town. Car parking directly outside was a bonus and not always available at hotels further into town! Good Indian restaraunt nearby too!
