    cerca del aeropuerto, buen servicio shuttle, el chofer muy amable y atento.

    Recepción pequeña, no hay sala para desayunar, antes de ver la habitacion te hacen pagar diciendo que la habitacion es amplia para desayunar en ella y no es cierto. El desayuno muy caro para lo que te ofrecen. La ducha es la más pequeña en la que me he duchado nunca (Hab.118, es de 0,40cm.de ancho, pegado al water, y para mojarte la cabeza hay que hacer verdaderos esfuerzos.

    Appalling. would never ever want to stay there again. Cramped, grotty, and definitely not what we imagined. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone else.

    Clean bed. Coffee and milk fairly recent. Pleasant customer reception

    Loud chatting during the night by the reception staff. My room was next to the reception area. Shower cubicle blocked.

    charming location, friendly helpful staff, charming neighborhood-good pubs nearby, good breakfast, good tea service, lovely bathroom

    the shower in our room was pretty bad-ridiculously small. We were wondering how a very large person could possibly use it. However, the staff was kind enough to let me use the bathroom upstairs which had a very nice bathtub.

    Pickup from airport is a very positive point. and the driver was very helpful and friendly.The reception staff ware also friendly and helpful.The room was comfortable for one night stay.

    The bathroom is a very negative point, as only one is availabe and we have to cross the reception from ground floor to go upstairs for the shower,while the guests are waiting at the reception for checking in.

    i am sorry to say there were no good points , we stay in alot of different hotels and i have never seen such a discusting room and i do not know how you can call it an ENSUITE that was a joke, i have payed the same price and had a nice clean room with a proper bathroom that was a little plastic box, really awfull the whole thing. would never stay there again would rather sleep in a car.

    Free bus from airport to hotel and back.

    Had to wait an hour for bus from airport to hotel. No apology given or reason for long wait. Hotel was quite run down and some of staff not very organised. Lack of communication between staff. Won't use this hotel again.

    Cheap airport transfer available altho only at restricted times. A good pub down the road on the left.

    Promised of a wash basin in the room at time of booking proved to be incorrect. Security of annex is very poor. No safe deposit facility available for guests leaving before 8.00 am. Avoid the pub opposite despite the fact that the hotel staff recommend it!

    Airport pick-up was excellent. Convenience to Heathrow Airport was very good.

    Bathroom/toilet on the first floor was too far from my room on the ground floor. I didn't know with how many people I had to share the bathroom.

    Close to airport

    The pace is a bit beat up. It took a long time to get the wireless internet connection working since they had turned it off in the building.

    The heating system was not functioning and the room was like a sauna and the windows would not open, our friend's room was cold. Although we booked in as a couple the room had only one chair.

    Staff - friendly, efficient and polite; cost; quality of bed linens etc;cleanliness; considering the location - surprisingly quiet; transportation to and from airport; convenient location; easy availability of food.

    It was small but we were only sleeping there for two nights so this was outweighed by the good points. Some perculiarities with the lighting.
