    Nice style/design in the room. Cleaning good, new towels every day. Balcony. Close to the underground. Frendly staff.

    Poor breakfast, not the stylish juicebar we were expecting. Not to good location, but still easy when the underground is so close.

    "Unfortunately we had to leave after the first night due to an unexpected turn of events, but we were not sad to leave the place. Pictures on the net are often misleading." (108543030)

    Reasonable hotel, but I think one can get a better deal for that price at other hotels.

    Quite rundown establishment in need of renovation. Uncomfortable beds. Not enough towels. Could not get hand towels.

    appartement sous les toits suffocant par grosse chaleur, lit deux places dans la cuisine ou la salle à manger on ne sait plus, télévision sur la table de salle à manger sans possibilité de la bouger, fenêtre que l'on ne peut pas fermer à cause des stores inadaptés, bruit du train, salle de bain sans rideau de douche, 3ème étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier très raide

    Efficiency of staff. Always someone available, pleasant and helpful.

    The toilet brush in my room was the wrong shape for the toilet bowl and left an uncleaned area at the back and sides. I know this because I tried after noticing the stain.

    twin room is really very small, but ok, and everything you need is there.

    I had a luxury room, and it was fantastic. It had a seperate full kitchen, with fridge freezer, over, hob, microwave, sink etc plus a small dining area, and then a reasonable size bedroom with 4 poster bed and sofa. There was a 32" flatscreen TV on the wall and a DVD player. The bathroom was great too, with a big shower (with two huge shower heads!). The hotel was very nicely decorated.

    The room I had overlooked the top of Earl's Court station, so it was a little noisy at times as you could hear the trains and announcements at the station.

    "Most things worked fine. The lights, the taps and the TV. However the shower not working properly was a big let down and because we were in an apartment that was round the block from any assistance I felt if I had gone to inform staff I would not get my money's worth out of my stay which was only one night. There was no phone to contact anyone for help either. The kettle did not work either and a coffee in the morning would have been nice and useful also." (107318087)

    The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and well lit. A good location also.

    There was no hot water coming from the shower. We couldn't have showers and I had to resort to washing my hair in the bathroom sink. Customer service was a bit of a let down. When we arrived there was no smile from a man who appeared to be in authority over others. We were then led to our apartment in the cold when we had no idea how long it would take to get there because we were not kept informed by staff.

    Great layout of the room, everything was easy to find.

    Bathroom didnt have a shower curtain so the floor got very wet. Rooms were cold. Inadequate heating.

    Work being undertaken along the corridor in which we stayed at 8.30am on Saturday morning.It wasn't too noisy but did disturb us intermittently

    "There are dozens of hotls in Earls Court but most others are either too pricey or too dodgy. This one combines good value with good rooms, though those rooms are on the small side. A single room is little larger than the single bed, fine for an overnight but cramped for any longer. Better to book single occupancy of a double and pay a little extra. Continental breakfast buffet is fine, but you have to pay extra for anything cooked." (97020658)

    rooms ridiculously small and bathrooms even smaller, nothing like the pictures on line, felt pictures misrepresented the hotel bedroom and bathroom facilities, you would have to be stick thin to use the bathroom.

    The rooms are small, but are clean and well-equipped.

    Ear's Court tube station is located right behind the hotel, so there is a certain amount of ambient noise at all hours. Then again, it's London -- it's noisy almost everywhere!

    Location. Price.

    Bed was uncomfortable. TV very small. Noice from neighbours, woke up very early in the morning due to noice. The housekeeping staff also start very early, considering that you can hear everything through the dorrs/walls.

    "For one night it was ok, you can put up with it, the price was fairly good considering it is very close to Earls' Court Exibition Centre and there was an exhibition at the time. Staff was friendly. But it was disappointing to see that those pictures showing an unusual style are not really true...Room 46 was really really small!!!" (97866398)

    The reception area was very nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lift (which is good as many small hotels in London don't have one and you have to drag your luggage up to the 4th floor!) The single room I was booked in didn't look quite like the picture: it was extremely tiny!!!
