    "In the whole very good impresion. Hotel has perfect location and the room was clean with enough space. Good service in the room, good breakfast. Will come again and reccommend it to friends." (107602838)

    Very good location, bathroom in a perfect state, good breakfast, possibility to prepare coffee and tee during the whole day, cleanliness of the room, perfect room service.

    We are nonsmokers, but the room smell very much of smoke. Some difficulties when wanted to obtain information from reception about travelling to Oxford (by the way, got it at the end).

    "dequate stay but we were out the majority of the time. The beds were very hard (two double)in a family room not leaving much space for anything else and limited storage space with four people was a little difficult. " (107335716)

    Clean and tidy but a tad old fashioned. Friendly and helpful staff. Water nice and hot!

    Family room was small in comparison to others I have stayed in. No tea/coffee making facilities were available in the room however, it was free in the downstairs breakfast area. No remote control awailable for wall mounted flat screen tv. No bar. Breakfast choice was very limited.

    Geographic location of the hotel and the distric is very nice. Bedrooms are clean.

    Breakfast not really good, not enought choice, I would prefer a typical english breakfast.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. first time in London and they help us enjoy our stay.

    Room was a little small, and shower head did not hang from the wall.

    It was a request from my side to wake me up at 8.30 in the morning. Really the call was at 9.30, when there was no sense in it. May be the staff is not good in English to undersatnd the time correctly.

    Very good position within London. Helpful staff. There was a problem with family room booked but easily transferred to 2 singles.

    Slight smell of smoke throughout hotel. Bathrooms needed an upgrade.

    Staff could have been a bit more welcoming, top cover on bed was stained underneath.

    ---The situation was good, near the metro and restaurants.

    ---The room was very small and a horrible smell of tobacco, it wasn't nice because the carpet and the wall paper were old and the room was in the basement. ---The breakfast was small. ---The staff weren't very nice.

    Great breakfast! Many things to eat served at the table by an efficient and charming waitress. Cleanliness of the hotel. Practical because at a walking distance of an underground station or museums and Harrods!

    Poor choice of TV channels in the room. the bathroom a little bit too small

    room was very small, and absolutely boiling, had to wait for manager to come and turn down radiator which took a couple of hours

    luckily being at the back of the hotel my room was very quiet

    room was too smokey, when i asked if i could have a non smoking room the receptionist said that all the rooms were the same as they didnt know how to stop guests from smoking in the rooms. T.V had poor reception Light switch by the bed hummed wen the light was on so not very relaxing Shower so small that the curtain was in my face not an enjoyable experience Very old fashioned Sink in bathroom extremely small

    The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast room is bright, airy and elegant. The bathroom is modern. There are many cafes and restaurants a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and it is also within easy walking distance of the Underground.

    The bathroom is very small.

    Some reception staff friendly and helpful.

    Bathroom had rusting bath tray, with a used bar of soap on it with what looked like pubic hair. Shower over the bath very old-but did work. No ventilation in bathroom-smelt damp. Found beds very uncomfortable.

    Upon returning to my room one evening I found the lights had lost all power. The receptionist had not mentioned this when I picked up my key. After waiting an hour for the problem to be fixed I was asked to switch rooms.

    Breakfast was good & our waitress was excellent. Beds were very comfortable but could have done with a 4th pillow.

    Bathroom was VERY compact. Shower was not height adjustable and was difficult to regulate. Entire hotel could do with a 'spruce-up'.

    Staff was flexable, friendly to work with, staff went out of way to make our stay perfect!!! One of the desk staff was from the US and was very friendly & helpful when we checked in. Another one on the second day helped me locate my cell password in my room when I was out because I accidently locked my phone-She saved me 1-2 hours traveling back to my room to unlock the phone by helping me over the phone. Location was centrally located-easy to access public transportation.

    basement rooms were musty, some rooms were very small but understandably because of the reasonable price.

    "Overall the stay at the hotel was very good. The staff were very freindly and helpful and the hotel itself was very nice. When booking the room the online booking form did say that the room we had booked was 4 singles. luckly we were 2 mums staying with our teenage sons so they shared and we shared. would have been nice to have our own beds" (97595331)

    it was close to the underground station

    extreamly small bathroom-lousy furnishing tv okay but without a remote control and no way to turn down the heath only 1 towel and it was only changed every 2.day
