    "For a place to crash after a long day out in London this hotel is ok, but don't expect anything special. " (107606555)

    It was cheap. The Breakfast was ok but served on cold plates. The hotel is very close to Kennsington Olympia Underground and the pub over the road is excellent.

    The decor was in very poor condition in places. The walls in the shower had mould on them. Only one light in the room worked. When we checked in the receiptionist tutted at us because we disturbed her from her television program.

    Was close to venue, staff were friendly and helpful.Bed was comfy!

    Room and bathroom were very small, expected a variety for breakfast not just toast and cereal. Kitchen was extremely small and felt claustraphobic! No lift and was on 3rd floor.Overpriced for what it was...

    Great location, easy to get to and find, cheap, warm and dry.

    Cleanliness of the room was not great, especially in the bathroom. The sheets did not fit the very uncomfortable bed, you could feel every spring in the mattress whether you laid still or not! Was very noisy around breakfast time, lots of slamming doors.

    "We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was really nice and comfortable..it was a shame the room was too small for a double bed though. The breakfast was substantial... well worth the money overall. Would stay there again...but would request different room.." (107864212)

    Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The room had all the facilities needed. The breakfast was lovely and good value. Hotel clean and pleasant decor. Shower was good and hot!!

    The double room was so small....shame, as we found the facilities great but it was difficult for two people to move around..the bed was far too close to the units.. Ideal as single bed room, but not as a double.

    room was a single with twin beds in. The bathroom was a disgrace. We could not have a shower as it was badly in need of repair and was dirty. The room should not have been let till it had been cleaned and decorated.

    The shower was powerful

    The room was horrible. The bathroom was disgusting and tiny. The breakfast was ok but there was nothing for vegetarians,and the service was not good.

    Very grumpy reception staff, decor slightly dated, bed on last legs!

    Receptionist was very helpful, bed was very comfortable.

    Huge crack runnig down our bedroom window which let in cold air, damp patch on bathrom ceiling, no blind on bathroom window.

    I liked all the in room facilities especially the shower,toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities as there was also hot chocolate (my fave!)I also liked the hair dryer & the fact there were lots of mirrors in the room-good for 2 girls putting on their makeup!

    the bed was THE most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in! It was awful, I told reception & they said ok we'll change the matress in room 319. I hope that they do because I did not get a restful nights sleep on it @ all, it was really hard & lumpy so I had to sleep with a cushion under me to stop it digging into me :-( this was NOT satisfactory.

    Lovely location

    Beds were horrificly uncomfortable and I could hardly walk the next day,i got charged £50 for my young daughter to share my single bed when I had to unexpectedly have her with me.Receoption staff not very helpful giving directions or giving advice.

    Air conditioned clean comfortable room with everything needful. Excellent breakfast served by lovely helpful staff. Hotel site perfect for our purpose. Well priced!

    The breakfast was excellent.

    There were not enough towells in the bathroom. There was only one small towel per person. I think there should also have been a bath towel per person. When we asked for more towels we didn't get any.

    "In general we got what we paid for which was fine as we weren't wanting staying in the room all the time! The room decor was OK but could have been finished to a better standard. Generally fine if you're looking for cheap- but be prepared for some of the reception staff not to be cheerful!" (97304022)

    It was cheap for london and in a good location close to Kensington High street!

    You had to pay £5 extra for a English breakfast which wasn't worth it as the breakfast wasn't very big. Some of the reception staff were not very friendly and it felt like it was an effort for some of them to help.

    Extremely good value for money, surprised by the spacious room and proximity to public transport. It surpased my expectations

    For the price paid there was nothing to dislike, I,d recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing bolthole.

    easily accessible, fair value for money, good hot shower, fair quality breakfast although rather cramped dining room and no jugs for milk to take to table when pot of tea served

    the hotel accomodation is tired the bed was not overly comfortable , springs felt at every position /turn.

    "Staff very friendly and helpful. Value for money but would like to think there is a plan in place for up-grading the rooms - particularly the standard of wiring. Ideally situated for visiting Olympia. Close to shops, restaurants, buses and underground. Would stay there again." (97722052)

    Bed was comfortable, linen clean, toiletries and refeshments provided in the room along with iron/ironing board and safe. Excellent breakfasts on offer.

    Overall impression was a little shabby in the bedroom and the en-suite toilet and shower small but adequate in terms of using but again the shower was in need of repair and the sink plug did not work properly.

    Perfect location for Olympia Horse Show. Rooms clean and staff friendly. By chance managed to park free of charge right outside hotel (though this is not guaranteed)and on weekdays is resident parking only.

    It was warm and very clean. All that was needed for an overnight stay. Convenient location for Earls Court Exhibition Centre. Very good value for money.

    The convienence for Olympia.

    The continetal breakfast was not what is normaly expected for a continetal breakfast - since I don't eat cereals, i was very limited to toast & jam. the bathroom was so squashed you had to rest your arm on the basin while sat on the toilet.

    it was an extremely hot room...there should always bea fan in such small rooms. Luckily the staff provided one.
