    "Reasonable, but next time if I chose to stay and the room was as poor I will ask for a change of room." (108372738)

    The cooking standard was excellent.

    The room was spoilt by soiled and stained bedcovers. If I had been stopping more than one night I would have insisted on a room change. The bed cover was stained very badly, unacceptable for a Hotel of this standard. The restaurant was spoilt by a considerable number of flies that no attempt was made to remove. I asked for and got a change of table, but I noticed that other customers were placed where I had been, I don't know whether they complained or not.

    Good all round facilities at hotel including leisure and spa.Reasonable food prices in the the sports bar and good friendly atmosphere.

    Mattress was a bit worn,sagged towards edge and furniture in room could do with updating.

    "The hotel and complex are immaculate. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. We found the A la Carte menu to be very limited, expensive and overly 'Fussy'. It is not the sort of food I would expect to be offered while having an overnight business stay, and if I had been staying longer the menu would have run out before the end of the stay. Having said this, the food provided in the Sportsbar was nicely cooked and presented, and a fair selection was available. Overall it was very good value." (97112780)

    The hotel is lovely. Staff are polite and friendly. breakfast was excellent.

    Instructions should be displayed on how to turn the heating down unless you wish your guests to melt!

    "Very pleasant peaceful location, easy access to Norwich via Park & Ride service, excellent restaurant. All staff very friendly and helpful. We had some noisy neighbours at 2 am which was very effectively and efficiently dealt with by the staff." (99140127)

    "Relaxed friendly but efficient service. comfortable room with iron and ironing board, hairdryer, tea & coffee etc. Really comfortable bed. Lovely location and good facilities. We arrived later than antcipated and the receptionists immediate concern was to make sure that the kitchen and bar staff knew we needed to eat and stayed open for us. I will certianly stay again."     Good,modern and quiet accomodation. Quick check in and out.

    The duvets were too big and heavy. Menu in the restaurant on the weirdly creative side.

    It had a little more character than some large chain hotels and good quality fittings and furniture, including the bathroom. Staff were particulaly friendly and attentive. It was very good value for money and we would stay there again.

    Fantastic Room, Quiet and very comfortable

    Food in sports bar was not usual standard. Lasagne was over cooked and crispy and Apple pie was stodgy

    As a hole are stay was very good ,the room was very nice and the breakfast was top notch a very nice place I would recommend to others.

    A little tricky to find the place, that was about all I have to say about that.

    Friendly atmosphere felt at ease.

    One thing spoilt our stay. The fire alarm went off early Sunday morning due (we were told) to a guest lighting a cigar. We were quickly assured it was a false alarm and allowed back to our room.

    "Sports Bar menu (alternative to main restaurant) has changed since our last visit (a month or so ago) and has good range of choice, however portions are not over generous! Order taking at breakfast could have been more efficient." (99749936)

    Smartly furnished clean room with access to leisure club facilities. Our request fro a quiet room was met.

    "The only thing my partner and I were really disappointed about was the confusion in the dress for meal-times. As we were only staying the night, we had not booked in to have a meal in the restaurant; although this was offered to us upon our arrival. In the information on the internet and in our room, it was stated that jeans, trainers and t-shirts were not to be worn in the restaurant. As breakfast was served in this restaurant, we assumed this to be the case then also. We especially packed smart clothing and got all dressed up for breakfast, to find other people in the restaurant wearing jeans, trainers, t-shirts and even shorts. The hotel needs to look at the information that they are providing; if it does not apply for breakfast, this needs to be clearly stated." (99876576)

    The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. During our stay my partner and I used the gymnasium and the sauna which were both included in the price.

    The matress on the bed was quite hard but OK for a night's stay.
