    rustig netjes hotel. vriendelijk personeel.

    het eten (diner) in het hotel was niet goed. Het ontbijt gemiddeld, maar niet geweldig.

    Very friendly & helpful staff.

    Our room was right over the bar and our first night was a live band night!!!!! The staff were very apologetic the next day, and would have moved us immediately had they known.

    Staff were friendly and professional and offered excellent service. Quality of food served was also excellent, as were the portions. Room was clean and comfortable with basic essentials provided.

    No real bad points- the only minor incident was that initially there was no handsoap in the bathroom. This was quickly rectified when I asked a member of staff for one. She immediately brought soap to the room.

    "Very enjoyable. The hotel was within easy reach of the main part of King's Lynn and was very secluded and quiet. The food was excellent." (107677063)

    The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming.

    The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower did not work very well and had the nob missing for turning it on.

    Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble to make our stay enjoyable. Upgrade foc. Portable heater provided after I felt cold on first night.

    Central heating inefficient in our room, public area warm.

    Check-in hostess was particularly helpful, She recommended a very fine rstaurant near the theater we wer attending that evening and made a reservation.

    Room was lovely and clean & comfortable, and the staff were very helpful in providing us with some sandwiches when we arrived. Breakfast was tasty.

    Nicely decorated room.Comfortable bed.

    Scruffy looking carpet in bathroom.Very small,rough towels. public areas of hotel were very dark,& in need of decoration,it all seemed a bit scruffy.

    Lovely private garden area. Good bathroom facilities. Friendly & helpful staff.

    No interior lock on door allowing toddler to escape. Slightly dated decor. Evening barmeal not up to standard, however breakfast was excellent (Different cook?) Noise from room above reasonably loud.

    Staff Very Friendly and helpful. Breakfast Good

    Room not particulary clean, Decor Dreary, room slighly damp. Qualty of room not good enough to be called superior quality. We have stayed in better rooms much cheaper than this.

    The mattress - argh - we've both returned with bad backs and will not visit again. And this was the honeymoon suite! Really disappointing.

    I found the staff to be extreamly friendly and very helpful and made our stay so much more enjoyable

    It is difficult to pinpoint a bad point as we could not find one.On the lighter side of things beiong an international recording and writing artist I enjoy back ground music which helps to relax and the piped music we had over the sound system music did not seem to get changed, I learned most of the songs by heart after the 4th time,I left my lastest album release "Contemporary Jazz" on digimix records for the staff,that may add a tad of entertainment difference.

    It was most refreshing that the staff were oriented to pleasing the clients. Everyone was unfailingly cheerful, polite and helpful. The physical facility is very good as well.

    Easy to find / reach; Convenient for town centre; Quiet location in pleasant grounds; Adequate parking, apparently secure.

    Main meal (Dinner, which we didn't take) seemed somewhat pricey to us.

    "The first impressions of this hotel made our hearts sink - parking was in a drive - inadequate and difficult. We had the last space available - where late arrivals parked I cannot imagine!! However, we were shown to a nice room, with a comfortable bed, good armchairs, though out of date furnishings. The breakfast was one of the best. We especially liked: fresh, chopped fruit; creamy yoguts; meaty sausages; tasty bacon; nice coffee. On this particular occasion, there were obvious staff shortages and long waits for breakfast. But the waitresses whizzed around obviously under pressure, and handled things really well." (97268040)

    The bed was enormous - two singles put [very successfully] together, and the mattress extremely comfortable. Also there were two comfortable armchairs.

    The room was adequately decorated, but needs updating.

    "After reading other reviews on this hotel I was a little apprehensive but after spending 2 nights there my fears were unfounded. The Hotel position is perfect, no traffic, no noise and just a short 12 mins walk into town. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly I was even offered a free upgrade on my standard room which I declined as the standard room was more than adequate, large bathroom and all very clean.Food in the restaurant was excellent also a very good bar meal on offer. Breakfast was great the full english consisted of 9 items if so desired,. larger than the norm. I would highly recommend this Hotel and would not hesitate to use it again" (97212915)

    Peraceful setting, quiet yet within easy reach of the town. Food was excellent and the staff helpful and friendly

    "Lovely hotel in a very pretty part of King's Lynn (and there are less-than-pretty parts) with delightful, friendly staff and good off-road parking." (97183554)

    I came down late for breakfast and they immediately opened up the dining room and even offered to cook me something. Where would you ever get that in a city hotel? Pretty garden, too.

    poor sound insulation; I was conscious of not having to play my music too loud. And the blasted early-morning wood pigeons! But that's Nature's fault, not the hotel's.

    It was away from the main centre but easy enough to walk to

    Nothing. I booked this as a surprise for my husband. I also arranged to his siter and husband to stay and we were all totally satisfied with our stay - thankyou
