    The hotel needs a bit of renovation and the sound-proofing of rooms needs to be enhanced. Some products , such as shampoo, could be provided in the bathroom.

    The breakfast service was excellent the staff were very helpful and attentive the childrens needs

    Poor booking I booked online and my wife was kept waiting for thirty minutes before being booked in the reservation was confirmed by email to me from the reservation office the office was closed and the front desk could not access the booking i gave my wife the reference number and the PIN code. I had to email the front desk after phoning the hotel with receipt sent to me by the Ibis Hotel in Earls court.Pretty poor show really. I work abroad and did everything for my familly online I am due home at xmas.

    The people who spoke english at the bar and reception where vey pleasure and forth coming.

    I did not like the way i thought i had paid for the hotel on the internet by giving my card details out, only to realise that was too secure the room. S oi had to give my card details out again. I also asked for a double bed and got to single beds maybe i had made a error online however the lady on reception was not very understanding or helpful and did not speak english very well.

    Good price good value

    No hot water in shower, and no water from the hand bason, Could hear lift ping all night.Reported it to reception and was I should have repoted it sooner.As I did not arrive in the hotel untill 10.30pm left my bag in the room and went to the bar for a drink. It was after 11.30pm when I went back to the room.

    Excellent location for both Heathrow Airport and the underground. Customer service staff were very helpful with directions to get where we wanted to go, how to get show tickets etc. Breakfast was excellent!

    The beds were not as comfortable as expected.

    "On the whole, we enjoyed our two nights' stay as it is relatively easy to access other parts of London via the tube. Being so close to a civilised station like West Brompton is a bonus." (97486783)

    Having a pub-type facility is an excellent idea as you can choose to have a bar meal or a restaurant meal. English breakfasts are excellent.

    ecause we required a non-smoking room, we had to wait a little while before moving to our accommodation. Surely, it should be te other way round. As a totally blind traveller (my wife is suffiently sighted), there was no distinguishing marks to tell me which way up the door key card had to be inserted into the slot to open the door. When booking a taxi with the Concierge, we should automatically have been informed of the scheduled price for thejourney.

    Clean and functional room

    Hotel advertises an English Pub. Only one draught beer available and at the time of using the bar this was not in use!

    Lovely smelling flowers in reception to greet visitors, Hotel Clean, with friendly staff. On bus route from town.

    Only 2 tea bags in the room and no bins. the towels were only small as well.

    Location is excellent for the tube and railway connections. Rooms have been renovated, including brand new bathrooms

    Rooms still had a dated feel about it, the doors to the rooms and looks like the wall are just painted over previous wall paper which didnt really fit the standard of the furniture in the rooms as this was very good.

    It was on the 7th floor so we had a good view of London and very little outside noise.

    There was white powder round the skirting boarbs which we later found out was flea powder, we could nt have the heat on because of this.

    "I travel all round the uk and aboard, The standard of the hotel was very poor, Customer including ourselves where complaining about the wait for food, when the food arrived on more than one occaision it was nt cooked properly and had to be returned. There was Flea Powder round the skirting boards in at least 4 rooms as the hotel had a problem with fleas, The overal standard was very low the rooms where very small, I would not reccomend this hotel we couldnt wait to leave with our bits."     The accomodation was very clean and tidy and well set out

    Location, Cost, En Suite facilities.

    The air conditioning in my room was noisy and I couldn't turn it off - I got very little sleep because of it

    "Overall it was a good room, and friendly staff, we had a meal in the restaurant but unfortunately we did not get out food until over 30 minutes after we had ordered it, therefore we did not feel that we wanted to leave a gratuity in view of the slow service. Apart from this experience we found the staff and information in the room to contain everything we needed for our short stay." (97095624)

    The view, which they kindly acommodated for us, it was my husband's 50th birthday and we wanted a view over stamford bridge! chelsea supporter.

    It was very noisy in the night, we were woken at 4am by slamming doors

    "Check in service was quick and the reception were very curteous and professional; when I rang reception for an ironing board it was sent up almost immediately. Breakfast was a little expensive, but I suppose this is standard for that area of London (would have liked if one of the accommodation offers included breakfast). Quite disappointed that although we were told that there was no guarantee that we would be able to receive a non-smoking room, my sister and I were offered a room on a smoking floor, yet our friends (who booked a while after we did, were granted their request). The smoke smelt quite strong and stale in the room, and if we had had more time, think we would have requested a change of room). All in all, would definitely stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to others." (97911652)

    Room was warm with modern decor and comfortable beds. Shower was of excellent quality, with consistent water pressure and temperature.

    Not enough pillows, towels and would have liked some blinds in the window. Unable to grant our request for non-smoking room and was quite a pronounced smell of tobacco in room.

    "The hotel is a very short walk from a small and easy to use tube station, one stop after Earl's Court. Coming from Gatwick on the Express to Victoria, and then the tube to Brompton was so easy. Hotel restaurant food was very good and staff friendly and helpful. Prices very competitive, especially compared to central London. Most comfortable bed we have ever had in an hotel!! Heating, and air con, is self controlled but bath took ages to fill. Not a lot of pressure for the shower either, but neither would discourage us from booking this hotel again. To be honest, we were looking for somewhere reasonably priced, reasonably close to the theatres - and expected the hotel to be perhaps a little shabby as it fulfilled the location and price criteria perfectly. This was definitely not the case - it was very clean and certainly not shabby. The public areas are smart, chic, airy and spacious. The bedroom wasn't huge, but had plenty room for two people to move around. Bathroom was modern, clean, fresh and bright." (97050529)

    The hotel was spacious, clean and friendly.

    The one thing that let the room down was the provision of one teabag per person per day! There could have also been better instruction on how to get access to the pay film - we tried but gave up, so the business lost revenue.

    It was very convenient for the underground, it felt very modern and airy.

    The only thing I would say is that the towels were very thin, not what I would expect from an Ibis, and there was no litter bin in the room, only in the bathroom.

    Comfortable bed, clean and pleasant room, efficient climate controls. Welcoming hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good food in restaurants. The best feature was the on site car park which was very convenient and reasonably priced for London.

    TV remote didn't work, plates too small for cooked breakfast!

    "Excellent standard hotel in all aspects. very good value breakfast too. The breakfast waiter however could have been more welcoming. there was no real customer welcome or an explanation that we had to self serve there. we felt a bit like spare parts.
