    accueil très correct, bonne disponibilité

    réfrigérateur bruyant, aération salle de bain horriblement bruyant, chambre mal isolée du couloir (chambre 003), et petit déjeuner: attente d'un 1/4 d'heure pour avoir la commande, de 3/4 heure pour avoir du pain, Arrivés pour le petit déjeuner à 9h30 servi de 7h 30 à 11h le dimanche, attendre 1 heure est intolérable.

    "Not impressed with hotel at all. Needs some investment. Menu in restaurant was very poor. I suppose that's why I never saw anybody eating there!" (107295647)

    Staff were on general quite good. Pity the rest of the hotel didn't match the personnel!

    Lights not working properly in room. Hair dryer did not function.TV reception was abyssmal and despite literature stating there was 'Sky TV in every room' there wasn't! All I was offerred in recompense was a complimentary breakfast. I ordered a taxi for my visit to the West End on Friday night and when the mini-cab turned up the first thing he asked me was for the Post Code for the theatre.He didnt even know where the theatre was. I therefore simply hailed a 'black cab'.

    "La Reserve is exactly what you pay for. The rooms are basic, clean and of a decent-ish size. We had one 'triple' room which was basically a twin with a camp bed. But the rooms were incredibly stuffy and with very creaky floorboards - fine if you're on the top floor but very noisy if you're anywhere else!" (97458229)

    REALLY creaky floorboards meant that many of our party were unable to sleep. Very hot and stuffy.

    "Good location on Fulham Rd. Free off road parking for car. Would always try to stay here again for future visits to London. Nice buffet breakfast. Got an excellent deal on this hotel. Nice sized room - good sized bathroom. Iron & board provided. No hairdryer though." (97988294)

    Staff friendly & polite. Room ideal and very quiet at back of hotel.

    We didn't dislike anything but I wear ear plugs so slept uninterrupted. My husband was kept awake by next-room snoring and noisy floorboards overhead.

    Good location for bars, restaurants and the tube. Outside Ken's Congestion zone and has parking.

    My room was on the Fulham Road and a little noisy in the morning. Double lazing and better curatins would help.

    "This hotel was very easy to find and in a quiet location. It was very close to London Transport both Tube and bus. The room overlooked Chelsea football club ground, and in between there were lots of interesting things, like squirrels and birds to look at. The room was still being cleaned when we arrived and some litter from the previous guest was still in the room. The bathroom could do with an upgrade and wasn't too clean." (97026945)

    "The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great. We only had the buffet breakfast but that was superb. We stayed one night and were already booked out on the night we were there but the menu seemed to be very competitively proced." (97926133)

    Free parking in London was very welcome, the location was great and just outside the congestion zone.

    The rooms could do with a slight upgrade as far as decor is concerned but otherwise clean and tidy.

    "The hotel is in a marvellous location and ideal for our stay as it was next door to Chelsea FC where the conference we were attending was being held. Also plenty of restaurants within walking distance.Car park also very useful at the front of the hotel. However, we felt for a 3 star hotel the ground floor double room we were given, although adequate, was rather shabby and in need of fairly urgent refurbishment." (97144305)

    The room was spacious and on the ground floor. In a quiet position. The small car park was a real bonus.

    Our double room was shabby and in need of refurbishment. Bottom pillow case was dirty. Only one hand towel for two people, but two bath towels provided. Shower was outdated and not very efficient. No bar soap available. Bed was reasonably comfortable. More wardrobe space needed - not enough for two people if staying more than a couple of nights.

    "This hotel is in an extremely convenient location especially for the tube. Maybe nice to have known local restaurants within walking distance. So glad to have been able to answer these questions as it was such a refreshing change to find a hotel where EVERYONE was so pleasant and helpful. Did miss the fridge though!" (99031602)
