    Close to St Pancras International Station - for Eurostar

    Room was tiny and dirty with filthy, torn net curtains and water stains on ceiling. Shower was the smallest I have ever seen. Water was dripping from the room above into the shower room. The view from the room was of a pile of dirty mattresses left in the hotel courtyard.

    Very convenient for my meeting. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy Food good Good value for money (for London!) Felt safe as a lone female visitor

    Very Very Very Hot room. Very thankful that room had a fan provided but had to use all night even with the window open. Fan and main Euston Road very noisy. Room size just adequate for one but would have been claustrophobic for a long stay or as double especially because of heat. Some aspects of decor tiredbut cleanliness made up for it.

    good breakfast. large bed. pleasant helpful staff. clean common parts to hotel. very good location, very convenient for Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross Stations, bars, restaurants etc

    television reception rather poor, the room was small and basic, central location makes it quite noisy but that`s what you get round that area - noise

    Excellent in terms of location - quiet and handy. Room was fine and staff were really lovely.

    "I realise this is a budget hotel, but it is all far too tired and needs rejuvenation. There are various health and safety problems not least being the electric socket in my room. The food was really not very nice, i would have rather paid a pound or two extra and seen some decent breakfast." (107829575)

    Staff are friendly

    Whole place needs a face lift. The room smelt stale, there's not enough airflow through the very small bathroom. Breakfast was not nice. The Vacuum cleaners are stored at the top of the stairs where you have to climb over them (really bad trip hazard when you're on the 4th floor). Electrical sockets in room were dangerous.

    Handy for Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross railway stations including Eurostar. Quiet area and near adequate cafes etc. Breakfast very good value with efficient staff. Tea and coffee facillities.

    My room was a double let as a single but would have been very awkward for a couple.

    Excellent breakfast included in room price. Staff friendly.

    Decoration in bedroom needed updating and shower did not look very appealing.

    "The party was my wife, my brother and my son. We usually get two rooms, but needed three because there are no twins, only doubles. Very small rooms. Otherwise, a fine stay, with a good breakfast every morning, friendly and efficient concierge and staff, and adequate if somewhat cramped facilities, but with all amenities available. " (107627917)

    Alarm bell rang 4 times one night. Collected payment at beginning of trip rather than end. Phone dialing not available in room.

    Hotel bit tired looking, needs double glazing, decorate and new bedroom furniture.

    Room was small, double bed as opposed to two twins (father and son travelling), shower was extrememly small, had to continually ask for a 2nd towel each day.

    Room very small, noisy at times, we were next to exit door and lift. Lock on bathroom door broken.

    En lo positivo y aunque el hotel no cuenta con grandes lujos, diria que dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, solo me parece muy negativo el cuarto de baño y sobre todo la relacion calidad/precio.

    El cuarto de baño es pequeño y la ducha lamentable. El chorro de agua es fijo, escaso y dificil de regular. El tamaño del plato de la ducha es pequeño hasta para un niño, en consecuencia tras la ducha el baño parecia un pantano. El baño MUY MAL.

    Nice, clean, well located against transportation hotel; nice staff; good hotel's bar, as well as good tavern in the same building; good to have tabletop fan in the room.

    Washing cabin is not convenient at all: 1) small size; 2) hydrant is fixed on the wall - unable to adjust on height.

    Helpful friendly staff. 24-hour desk. Downstairs areas were tidy and clean. Availability of a lift was of major importance to me.

    Decor and cleanliness of room not good - en-suite shower room in particular was dank and mouldy - air extraction had obviously not worked for some time.

    Ottima posizone, consigliabile per una coppia giovane come noi, qualita prezzo coerente, ottima accoglienza,buona colazione sia inglese che continentale.

    Camera e doccia piccole visti gli standard italiani ed eccessivo caldo in camera compensato però da un'ampia finestra.

    Very friendly staff at reception. The room was clean and facilities were good.

    Bed/mattress will need attention and probably replacement. Lack of privacy and noisy at times. One could hear what is going on in next door room when moving on the corridor.

    Good location. Breakfast was excellent.

    Bathroom smells, has something 'growing' in the commode. Electric tea pot does not work, there fore no tea or coffee. The 'manager' offered to let us keep the same room for two more days but at a higher cost for the same room. So we left.
