    Excellent service,well looked after,cortious staff.

    Close to my parents house,

    Couldn't get the radiator to work, but managed to get warm with bath and straight into bed. Bedding looked clean but duvet smelled strange. Room a bit tatty

    Well situated and quiet room.

    Room rather minimalistic and parking a little difficult on coming back after going out in evening.However these point were not a major issue.

    Perused previous guests comments prior to booking. My wife & I found the reception & bar staff to be very helpful & courteous. The towels were changed & the bed made up daily. Bar meals were very tasty. Noted previous guest's complaint's, & hotel's response, re. condition of some rooms. During our stay, notices on corridor walls, from hotel management, apologising for any disruption during remedial works to rooms. Would stay again if in area.

    One window curtain (net) was badly torn - informed hotel on comments card.

    "Because I have explained the shortcomings above I would be reluctant to stay again unless I could be sure of improvements. It is likely the hotel was short staffed, but the overall position was not very satisfactory. I would suggest maintenance and room staff pay more attention to detail and restaurant ? staff ensure they respond to room service orders properly." (107980892)

    Staff tried to help but were under pressure owing to large number of guests in ratio to available staff

    There was no working lamp in room. No extra pillows were available (bad back). No cup in room for tea., A dangerous sharp screw in a unit below TV which should have been screwed shut. The Shower curtain was too short and water went all over the floor. Breakfast in room sign was ignored despite being put out early and had a wait of an hour then because staff were busy, (so late away)

    Bedroom curtains were torn. Light bulb was unsightly as wrong type for lamp. mini bar not operating.Unable to use restaurant as it closed at 8pm

    The staff at the hotel provide excellent service and couln't of been more helpful. A special thanks to james on reception for all his help on an email I needed to receive at the hotel.

    the rooms were a little tired and could do with a revamp. However I was travelling with a dog on this occassion so it wasn't really and issue

    very handy as near airport and transfers were excellent on way out cou have been better on way back as we had to wait about ten minutes ourtside in cold until taxi arrived.

    gave us a double bed in our room on the way back and yet had twin beds on the way out so couldnt understand why they could not have reserved a twin for return night as well

    Staff friendly and helpful. Good location for our purposes.

    Area around the hotel needs improved housekeeping, large number of cigarette butts - appear to have been thrown from bedroom windows littering the grassed areas adjacent to the building and detract from the care extended to indoor housekeeping. Litter attracts litter......

    Room was quiet, clean and the bed linen was crisp and fresh. Breakfast was hot and nicely served. Situation of Hotel is perfect.

    Great value for money.Easy access and parking. Restaurant good value and quick, with a possibility for an early breakfast if needed.

    Food in restaurant rather boring and as we ate late it had been kept warm and veg not good.

    Very nice reception.Staff are helpful room are nice and clean comfy bed with enough facilities.Swimming pool and jacuzi is a big bunos!!

    Staff should provide airplugs!next door to me had a shower at 4am 'til 6am!! will cant blame them its an airporthotel as well they need to cath up an early flight.

    Check in staff at hotel were very helpful as my booking was not listed at the hotel.

    Having booked online with Priceline and paid by direct debit. I was informed by the hotel there was no record of my booking. It was fortunate for me that i had my online printed booking slip. I am now a concerned about using priceline for future bookings. Can somebody contact me to put my mind at rest and restore my confidence with the online booking service.

    The bed and towels were clean as they should be.

    It is possible to see through the grime/wear that this was once a fine hotel. The windows were filthy, the mould growing in the bathroom had possibly developed its own new life form. The room had an overall feeling of decline/decay. I think that someone had stolen my mattress and replaced it with a block of concrete.
