    In a very good location. We booked the executive room which was very spacious with good amenities. We ate in both the restaurant and bar and the food was very good and good value for money.

    Although set in large grounds most of it was car parking

    We thought the room decor could perhaps been a bit more cheerful.

    "Check in was efficient and plenty of staff on hand to help.Friendly and helpful staff all round. The hotel has had some modernisation since I last stayed about a year or so ago and I didn't have a comparable room. But the room they did give me was very good, well appointed and a thicker carpet than normal which made it lovely to walk on. Didn't eat there in the evening but the breakfast was good in the morning." (107660288)

    I was upgrade to a room in the Executive centre free of charge and it had a full size desk with an excellent chair. Bed was very comfortable. DVD player in the room. Staff were extremely helpful when I couldn't check out on time because of being stuck in the snow.

    Genuinely none at all. I suppose the lunch menu was not that exciting but other than that everything was very good.

    Food a bit pricey especially if you are on a budget.

    Otherwise all other points were good

    The windows had a small air gap making the room cold, the wifi in the room was intermittent and could not always get reception

    The biggest impression about your hotel was the staff, there were plenty of them which meant there was very little waiting to be served, they were very well trained polite and courteous. The food was also excellent, perfectly cooked, well presented, served at the correct temperature and delicious to eat. This along with the overall standard of the rooms, lounges and bars must make this hotel one of the best in your group and amongst the leading compatable hotels in Britain.

    I could not get the internet connection to work in my room but that may have been - probably was my fault. Although we were at the rear of the building there was still traffic noise from about 4AM onward.

    Convenient location, relatively quiet, adequate room and hotel facilities.

    Cobwebs in room and behind curtain rail, dirt in corners on bathroom floor. Day-time bar service non existant when reception busy

    Breakfast was not very appatising, cold and had been on the hot p[late a long time. Evening mesals wear overpriced and not to the standard you expect for the price.

    "Nice hotel, car park immediately in front of reception. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Ate in the bar, good selection if nothing impressive but certainly cheaper than the restaurant. Breakfast was good but again nothing outstanding." (99271533)

    Excellent staff, clean and spacious room.

    Television a bit small for size of room, not sure they know how to keep a decent pint of beer. Windows didn't have a limiter on them so you could leave them slightly open at night and being on the ground floor I would have liked the comfort of an open window without the security risk.

    "My room had a door linking it to the next and the foreign female occupants of that room decided to hold loud conversations around midnight and then again at 5.30am. I was unable to locate quickly a number for the night porter, so had to remonstrate with them myself - not good.With the exception of the noisy neighbours I enjoyed my stay and thought the hotel pleasant and the staff friendly and efficient."     "The service was very good and accommodation was good. Evening meal in the restaurant was very poor. I ordered partridge but it was inedible. It was replaced with fish. My daughter had duck which was tender but absolutely swamped in blackberry sauce. The meals for what we got were very expensive. The breakfast was good.     "We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western, Tiverton. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and only too willing to help. We wre given excellent directions for places to eat and also for the event venue we were attending. The room was well equipped and very spacious - a real must when staying in a family room with two samll children. We are due to attend the same event next year and would definitely book at the hotel again." (99859465)

    The room was well equipped and very spacious. Clean and comfortable and very good value for 2 adults and two children. Lovely breakfast included in price too!

    Not a major criticism, but the bathroom in the family room could be bigger given the large size of the room.

    Hotel was well located and easy to find. Good parking facilities. Rooms were clean and tidy.

    Cold bath taps in both rooms were so tightly turned off that an elderly or younger person would've struggled to turn it on. Beds were slightly on the hard side in one room and sheets and blankets are rather dated as most hotels now have duvets.

    "As we were only there overnight it is difficult to judge anything fairly. The dinner menu was to an unexpectedly high standard and it must be very difficult to run such a dining room profitably. The small numbers using the facilities possibly reflects the bland atmosphere brought about by the very bland building. Much better inside than out. The food was good except that the recipe used for the bread-and-butter pudding is possibly the worst I have ever come across." (99383986)
