    "apart from feling cold in the room our stay was good." (108150693)

    cleanliness, friendly helpful staff.

    we were going to a function and had to be ready for five,the heating was not on in the room as apparently it does not go on until 5. it was cold after leaving the shower and while we dressed for our evening out.

    good location staff polite though porter on at nite was a bit rude wouldn't let my friend in even though his name was on the room there was wired crossed....

    ordered sandwich waited 20 mins and it was cold. Food far too expensive. Hotel needs a face lift

    The staff in the restaurant were particularly friendly and and efficient , the food was also suprisingly good and I would make a point of "eating in" next time also.

    Not really a bad point, but having swiped my card at check in ,I was surprised to be asked to pay seperatley for my meal as I thought it would be just added to my account.

    Lovely walk in shower,nice room,large king size bed.

    Although stated in welcome pack a limited room service out of hours would be available,on phoning for this service the reply we had was if we wanted something we would have to go to reception to get it:this is not ROOM service!!!

    Reception staff were brilliant showing us to our room. Good location for Wembley Stadium.

    Pillows - absolutely awful, nearly non-existant and had to fold them over to get any support.

    I booked this hotel online but something got mixed up and the hotel was unaware that I needed a cot for my son. At check in, the front desk staff was apologetic and very accommodating. They quickly delivered the cot, extra linens, pillows, towels, etc. The room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was up to date.

    There is a bit of construction on Pinner Rd so it was quite noisy early in the morning. Also, the breakfast was very good but seemed a bit expensive.

    staff gave good advice re transport around the area. the underground is very near alongside a shopping centre, the hotel is well placed.

    there seemed to be a noisy fan outside

    Wonderful staff and beautiful bedroom, with great features. We were attending a concert at Wembley and found the tube station very convenient. The tubes ran back to Harrow until 1am too which was useful.

    The only minor bad point was that we had no hand towels but these were provided directly to our room as soon as we pointed it out to the receptionist, and she was very apologetic in a professional manner.

    Great location, easy access to stadium and shops etc, staff were friendly.

    Check in was suppose to be 2pm, eventually got into room at 5pm no compensation for lost time in room

    Booking was straight forward

    The bar was both slow in service and closed at 11pm, but I understand that drinks were available through reception, this is a poor service. Additionally the TV reception was broken and intermittent and when raised with the reception was informed this was normal! The cost of breakfast is far to expensive when all I wanted was a continental breakfast

    Clean, good reception and cleaning staff

    Interent access very expensive. Ban of mobiles in the restaurant not displayed effectively. Safety should be increased in the bathtub area

    Reception staff were very efficient...and overall standard of hotel was good

    Bedrooms were in need of updating...decoration very dated...floor boards needed replacing near wardrobe..which i felt ruined my night/stay as i felt very uncomfortable moving around my room..and i'm sure the guests next door were'nt too impressed either...I dont like blankets/throws on my bedding as I feel they are very unhygenic....Quilts are so much more comfortable and cleaner...

    The heating system did not work two days in a row. Each time, I had to ask to reception desk, then the problem was solved. The room is very very small. The price is excessive (I paid the same price for a 5 stars resort in Lisbon last month). I travel quite a lot, and it is the first time a wifi connection is chargeable (5 pounds an hour, I could not believe it).

    "Awful - avoid this hotel!" (107177207)

    Badly in need of a LOT of love. The hotel was in dire need of renovation and it was clear that every single penny of cost had been taken out - poor quality bedding, unbranded coffee. No hot water from shower - thank goodness the flow was only a trickle otherwise I would have been really frozen.
