    Bathroom window needs a proper catch I could not find any info giving directions to the hotel - found it by chance!! Clearing of the breakfast table was too intrusive

    The staff on breakfast duty were very welcoming and helpful.

    When we arrived at the hotel at 12.30pm our room wasn't ready, even though it stated on their website that check-in could be after 12. The man on reception was very unhelpful and very rude. He made no effort to solve this problem telling us to come back after 3pm when our room would be ready. The room couldn't be locked from the inside so we have to had a chair propped up against it whilst we were asleep. The room was also quite dirty and had obviously not been vacuumed and the bathroom appeared not to have been cleaned.

    Clean, basic and just what you need for a night's stay.

    Breakfast was a bit poor, but ok for the money. water pressure on top floor was poor.

    no good points

    room 24 the shower was very slimey. room 18 they let us put our bags in whilst the room was still being cleaned, all very good, they said there was no smoking in the room, but what did we finf? an ash tray full of cigerette stumps so the room hummed of smoke, the windows had bars on them so if they#re was a fire we could not escape, as for the t.v and other pieces of furniture a good polish is needed What do you call a full english breakfast? we had, a small frankfurter sausage, 2 rashes of bacon, beans and an egg.

    Reception when booking in was friendly

    Bath room facilities poor very basic, bed room very drab. Full English breakfast spoiled by being served cold, one small hot-dog for what was classed as a sausage.

    very helpful and pleasant offered use of the car park for the following day free of charge, gave advise on local places of interest and advised on tube connections to London. Breakfast was well prepared and tastey in a very friendly atmosphere, Room was warm, tidy and spaceous,

    Room heating was ok. Clean.

    Tap pnly tricled water into sink. No where in shower for soa, flannel etc. Shower door only opened part way before it hit the sink. Room very small and with a slanting ceiling one side, you had to duck when getting out of bed.

    The room was cold, very,very cold. The shower was dirty. The flushing device in one of the rooms was broken which ment we could not use the toilett even though we had paid extra to have a bathroom.

    Decent breakfast with great kitchen staff. A nice and helpful manager. Good value for money, good location. Quiet at night, no noise from other occupants. Lots & lots of parking!

    Room could do with some air freshening! Otherwise, no bad points.

    The beds were comfortable

    First view on arriving,the staircase to rooms was bare wood, dirty and looked as thought the carpet had just been lifted. Wardrobe in the room had no doors and the decoration was very poor. The ensuite was far too small for an average sized man, could not rinse face in bowl after shaving. Showerhead blocked so only a trickle. Window catches did not work.

    The hotel was easy to find from the motorway and is in a good location for other transport facilities aswell. It is also in a good location for resturaunts / shopping etc.

    I felt the single rooms were just a little too small if you were going to be staying more than a weekend, apart from that, fantastic.

    Staff very helpful, bed linen changed and very clean, very good situ close to town centre and tube station link. Breakfast fairly good, overall good.

    the staff were good, the hotel itself was adequate for my daughter & myself for the stay in london for the f.a. cup but that was all. a room to sleep in was what we needed so it fitted our needs.

    when we arrived we told the receptionist we had paid on line & he said the hotel never pays that way only on arival which turned out to be the truth although we printed out the confirmation of payment????

    "travelled down from leeds for the football at wembley stadium.excellent for this as only 10 mins of the m1,and then just 2 stops on the tube to the stadium.loads of good cheap places to eat of an evening and plenty of bars.Hotel cheap and cheerful and just ideal for what we needed for 1 night."     "You get what you pay for. Overall it was pretty good. Cheap and cheerful, well maintained. Convenient for tube stops with Harrow&Wealsdstone only being 1/2 mile away, and Harrow in the Hill just over. Breakfast could have been earlier for us as we needed to leave at 7AM for work, but breakfast didn't start till 7:30." (97138109)
