    Room was dirty...curtains filthy....kept awake from 3-6am with one other guest..ended up calling police twice...would never stay there again..and it cost 120 sterling....a complete farce...

    Location

    The smallest bathroom I have ever seen - I could not stand at the washbasin to wash my hands without opening the door!

    Frankly there were none

    Noisy cramped room. Inadequate pillow. Street noise appalling. Bathroom filthy. No hot water despite running tap for ten mins.

    "Regretfully this was not a pleasant stay due to the lack of any electricity in the room other than the overhead light.The staff explained this as a fault in the circuit and it was fixed the following day, but just as I was checking out. Request for an alternative room was refused" (108275714)

    The hotel is centrally placed near to a tube and buses.

    The room overlooked the main street. If the window was open traffic noise made sleeping impossible. The lack of electrical facilities in the room meant I was unable to make tea, use the TV or the bedside lamp

    This hotel was near to Great Ormond Street childrens hospital where I was visiting a patient.

    The room was not clean. When I pulled down the sheets their was long hairs on the pillow. I tried the television which was not working when I phoned reception they informed me that none of the televisions were working.

    Assez bien placé pour visiter Londres. Des bus passent à proximité. La gare de St Pancras est à 15mn à pied. Quartier assez agréable. On est à 10 mn à pied du British Muséum qui d'ailleurs est gratuit et très intéressant. Un bon petit restaurant italien à proximité. Near buses stations. Not so far from rail station (15mn walking from St Pancras Station). 10mn walking to the British Muséum. A good italian restaurant very near.

    Personnel peu disponible et peu amical. Drap pas changés pendant 4 jours et trop petits pour le lit, donc on dort sur un matelas douteux. Petit déjeuner : jus d'orange 1er prix, fruit, café en poudre, 1 mini croissant pour les plus rapides, toasts, il faut redemander et attendre pour tout..... bref prenez l'option sans petit déjeuner et si besoin faites vous un café dans la chambre avec la bouilloire mise à disposition. The staff wasn't realy friendly. Chose the option without breakfast if you can. Bedrooms are not so clean, we stayed four days, and they never changed our bed-sheets.

    Facility could accomodate 5 people. Directions to hotel were good.

    Bathroom facilities were disfunctional, very limited space. Breakfast limited and substandard.

    Shower cold. Room extremely hot and with the window open made it too noisy to get any sleep. En suit was a joke. Asked about breakfast and was told I could go a little ealier, but spent 10mins bagging the front door trying to get in so no breakfast!

    "I could go on and on about how bad this hotel was. I appreciate it was only £58 for the night but I would never ever compromise on cost again having stayed here. It would have been worth an extra £50 - 60 to have had a modicum of comfort and a good nights sleep." (107658176)

    Personnel attentif, lieu relativement calme, budget très modéré. Excellente réservation et explication sur la localisation (pas très loin de St Pancras)

    mais propreté juste (moquettes d'un autre âge, escalier fatigué), cabine de douche franchement petite. Petit déjeuner de qualité quelconque (nescafé, toile cirée, choix limité)

    booked double, and got 2 singles as fault in room originally allocated. Wonderful to spend anniversary in separate rooms!

    The accomodation was adequate but not the standard used to But then it was cheaper than hotel. No elavator Difficulty with so many stairs due to arthritic knees. Different buildings for breakfast

    The room was clean and well looked after. Reception was staffed throughout the night. LOved the small podule bathroom.Lovely to be able to book a reasonably priced family room with an older child.

    The room was very small, but as we were only staying one night this didn't matter. The breakfast room was alos very small, but the staff worked efficiently to make sure everyone had what they needed

    the room was too noisy coz the top window doesn't close. there is no hot water in the shower and the breakfast i had was a couole of toasted bread and coffee. no eggs, bacon. they have cornflakes which i didn't fancy at all.

    It was very clean and it was good to be able to stay as a family in one room with older children having a double bed and 2 singles. Good value for London.

    It was a small room and the bathroom was very small but clean. Stairs to the room were fairly narrow and steep so any person with a physical disability could struggle

    Streamlined family business operation. Small rooms, but clean and cosy. Video surveillance good for security. Courteous and helpful service.

    Booking agency not always up with the play as to what is available and what is not in actual real reality time. Which only confuses the situation. Best is to deal directly with the hotel. Minor things such as the odd light need fixing.
