    "Excellent location of hotel. Great for Leicester square the west end and covent Garden. We booked suite for 3, excellent room the only bad point is the size but very comfy room having said that. Very noisy on a night but thats the hustle and bustle of a capital city. Staff very helpful 10/10." (108970845)

    Lift was out of order for the duration of our stay. Our room was not cleaned to the standard we have come to expect from Best Western.

    Well presented hotel, clean, efficient, well appointed

    Our bed had not had the linen changed correctly, my wife cut herself on the first night and bleed on her pillow. On returning to the room on the Saturday evening the pillow case was still blood stained. Also I cannot see the logic in your welcome plate of fruit and 2 bottles of water, when it it not provided daily, the rates are the same each night, and if I checked out after one night and then checked back in I would be getting the complimentary fruit and water. It just seems rather cheap skate. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this is the first time I have not had complimentary water daily.

    the room was extremely hot. the aircon machine was SO loud when switched on it was impossible to sleep. 4* hotel in the middle of soho with no double glazing led to a loud nights sleep. All in all a terrible night at the hotel and i will not be retunring.

    Lovely room, great (big) bed with decent (real feather) pillows.

    Double glazed window seals were damaged resulting in significant noise carry through.... i.e. lots of noise from outside making it difficult to get to sleep. Further, workmen on road outside started work at 8am on the Saturday morning.

    The room & services, staff were helpful & polite

    Very noisy at night, although i do understand we were in the centre of London, but the windows could have been thicker(double glazed). Also lift wasnt working and the doorways are quite thin so awkward to move a suitcase through. Those are my only bad points really. It is a lovely hotel we had a very nice stay. Great location.

    The Location is absolutely superb for our needs. The Romance package we booked was excellent and we enjoyed every moment of our evening. We have booked here and this package in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

    "We had come from a 10 hour flight and were very tired. It was a horrendous experience trying to get the room which had already been booked and confirmed. We gave them the details as given by you on the confirmation. Staff were totally inadequate" (107220191)

    The booking process was excellent.

    The hotel didnt seem to have bookings and all the money we saved on booking on the internet had to be spent phoning up South Africa where our mother i sliving and had all the internet details. The reception staff were not very helpful to the two children as well in checking for the bookings although they gave them the nos.

    Great location, few minutes walk to covent garden and leicester square. Good value as we got a clubroom at a discount thru your website which is large and quiet. Great bathroom and showering facilities. Clean. Staff were efficient and friendly.

    Good clean hotel, i liked the extras in with the romance package, they pleased my wife as it was our first year aniversary

    beautiful room lovely complemental gifts in our room made us feel really special turn down service nice touch with little goodnight card. breakfast really nice.

    We didnt like that the laundry man was in the customer lift with us on the way to breakfast with dirty sheets in a trolley. We also didnt feel that the lady on reception was very welcoming she was a bit cold and hard to understand due her accent.

    "This hotel is opposite Chinatown and a few minutes walk to Leicester Square. The tube is so easy easy to use and the nearest one was on Leicester Square. There are loads of restaurants and bars around and plenty of shops. It is also very close to Oxford Street." (97078806)

    I had reserved two rooms for two nights - four night total. They only had one room for us. We had to share and fight to get fair rate. No manager on site. No none who could take decisions...They were making us feel like if they were makinf us a favor for not charging us for two rooms....hello...we only had one room, why should we pay for two?!!!!

    "Hotel was good value for money and perfectly postioned within theatre land and close to piccadilly circus tube station. Room was comfortable, modern and contained all that you need for a short stay. Size of the room was just right for one person but it would have been a bit of squeeze for two.     Several stays in this hotel and internet NEVER works in the rooms. Staff was helpful but seems to be or recurrent or permanent problem which Management or owner doesnt' care about it ! Cost of breakfast.

    It was quite a nice and clean hotel - comfortable room, quite large. Its location is good, although not for where I wanted to be. Good shower.

    The internet connection in the room wasn't working. Complimentary water wasn't where I was expecting it. Some staff very friendly, some quite unemotional and almost unfriendly. I guess it was a typical London hotel. Having stayed at other Best Western hotels, like the one in Edinburgh, this wasn't a patch on that experience.
