    "I would definitely stay again if visiting the area, as it is close enough to London to get there on the tube in 20-odd minutes, yet far enough out of the city to be good value for money, with plenty of restaurants, coffee bars and shops in the area if needed." (108499254)

    5 minutes walk from tube station, quiet hotel despite main road and town nearby, gardens at rear make for excellent breakfasting/dining area, staff friendly, good value for money.

    Quilt thickness was uneven, but this was soon remedied by using the extra blanket supplied to secure it in place.

    We have stayed (and our family members)at this hotel on many occasions and seen it grow and modernize nicely, we were promised a discount, as we collectively stayed there 25 nights this time alone. The excuses for not giving the discount were lame and not in the best interest of return business

    reception VERY ,good cheerful and helpful espcially as I arrived very late . Everything was very clean ,and an excellent help yourself breakfast with a full spread.Lovely clean cotton sheets , and clean bathroom .Good parking.

    Because of the house set up the stairs were very steep for me . The materess in my room was not that comfortable, need replacing they are very narrow single beds . TELEPHONE ACROSS THE ROOM NOT NEAR THE BED BEDS VERY NARROW BASIC THREE FOOT NOT COMFORTABLE

    Although alternate eggs were offered on the Menu staff could not provide when asked. Cramped bath room, shower did not have adequate mixing system either very hot or freezing cold.

    ideally placed for tube station and Finchley high rd, close to M1, chose because of proximity to family relatives address but also visited central London and thought that as its a little out of centre it was much better value for money, staff very helpful and excellent English breakfast.

    no real bad points some people may think its too far out of central London (35-40 mins on tube)but I actually preferred the quiet location and excellent parking facilities to the drab uniformity of the central hotels.

    Very friendly and helpful staff - Excellent. Nice fruit bowl in all rooms - Very nice touch (especially after a long day at a show!) Most of the hotel was very clean and well kept and the building had a nice character.

    My room was very small and when I shut the door I had to be careful that my duvet didn't didn't get caught in it. There was one day I didn't have any towels, but I asked at reception and they sorted this out straight away and apologised. Some parts of the room looked as if it could have been cleaned better (didn't hoover right up to the edges), but maybe this was harder to do in a small room. Generally the standard of cleanliness was very good though.

    Well located outside the London Charging Zone, with car parking in front of the hotel and a tube station 5 minutes walk away. The road was quiet, but within easy reach of a range of restaurants and pubs - Charlie's Italian Restaurant was good quality and value for money. The hotel has been nicley refurbished in a modern style, which works well in the comfortable, relaxing bar/breakfast room area. Delightful, friendly, attentive staff.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful, always pleasant and polite. The public and guest rooms were spotless. The location was handy to the Westpark Road Tube station.

    the staff were very helpful. it was peaceful off the main road

    there was no shower jel etc...bathroom wasnt completely finished. no local guide in room or anything about the hotel ie what time was breakfast
