    I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the owners, the room was OKay I found the room safe a very good idea.

    My daughter found the shower was very difficult to control, one minute hot, the next cold, I tended to have a bath every day to avoid this problem. I would have liked to have bedside lights in order to read with.

    Friendly, easy parking, cheap, comfortable

    Lack of soap, etc. in room. I was on my own so had a single room right at the top of the hotel. I was the only guest. I think they could have offered to upgrade me!

    Very clean and well maintained. Friendly welcoming staff. Location for conference centre, esplanade and Lord St shops.

    Creaking springs in bed. Some noise on street at night.

    Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very clean linen.

    Terribly hard bed. Shower cubicle needs replacing. Wash basin needed replacing. Tinned tomatoes for breakfast. Room needed a face lift.

    I have not stayed in a b&b that has provided heating and hot water that you did. Absolutely superb!! You should think about turning it down a few degrees to save money..

    Hotel was spotless throughout

    Hotel doesn't look too inviting from the outside, but once in, it is very friendly. Staff are very good. Bathroom heater not working, nor was TV remote

    I made a mistake, becacuse this hotel is situated in Southport, but listed under the main addresse of Liverpool. I wanted a hotell in Liverpool. As the ad for this hotel said chort distance to main shopping aerea, I thaught it was in the center of Liverpool.

    The receptioness was very welcoming and provided me with chat and a nightcap at 11pm.Very commendable.

    The shower was difficult to operate.I was prewarned that it took time to heat up. I presumed that the temperature gauge was set close to normal.After five minutes no hot water.After much fiddling about I discovered that the gauge was no where near to normal.The shower cubicle was so small that when I dropped the soap Icould'not pick it up without getting out of the shower.

    Check in was very efficient and friendly and breakfast was very good

    Overbed lights did not work and one just hung loose, shower was either hot or cold no in between check out was poor with constant reminders about leaving key behind

    The shower in our ensuite bathroom was very inadequate, with poor flow. It took ages to warm up. I do not expect a cold shower when I pay

    "For an overnight stay to go to the theatre it was ideal-so near. Proprietess made us very welcome. Liked the way we could come and go as we pleased.Room quite comfortable for a short stay.Liked the way there were chocolate biscuits with the tea-making facilities. ( a nice little touch)!The hotel was up to let, and from outside didn't look as cared for as other hotels (this might alter if gets sold)" (97661159)

    The Hotel was extremely near to the theatre where we were going to a show. We were able to leave our bags at the Hotel all day on our departure day. Proprietess was very down to earth and friendly. We were given the outer door key and told we could come and go as we pleased. Very good breakfast. We had our own little safe in the bedroom with our own key to it, for putting in our valuables.

    one of the beds was a bit lumpy.rooms not very soundproof so felt a bit self-conscious of talking late at night.Shower a bit small, and just worked off the taps- a bit primitive.Windows didn't lock (however room was on first floor so this not too vital)

I think I would like to see the hotel doing evening meals,I dont think it appropiate to have to go to another hotel for your evening meal as this would put people of.
