    "The hotel was efficient and clean with excellant staff. The room was dated had a hole in the wall and a poor shower head but overall was more than adequate. The food served in the bar was very good and tasty. " (108918572)

    The staff are good, extremely pleasant.

    The hotel room was extremely bad, I would like to highlight to them some building firms in there area. You have to spend to recieve more buisness. All I can say is the reason they have personnel staying in that hotel will be because its extremely difficult to get a bed in Aberdeen durin g the week,I hope another hotel gets built in Aberdeen as people who own this hotel care about themselves and nobody else as they take take take the money, but do not spend on maintaining the rooms, well not this one I was in. The room number was 404.

    It was clean and the staff were polite and helpful

    The room decor was very shabby as was the whole hotel Breakfast was only fair the hot food being left sitting for a long time The shower pressure was very low It was really noisy we were warned but didnt think it would be that bad- when the clubs finished the road cleaning started so no sleep at all

    parking limited only 6 spaces you need to leave keys so hotel staff can move your car then leave it unlocked

    Had a triple room and it was very good and clean . Breakfast was reasonablly good

    Bathroom while clean the decotr was not good with paper coming off the walls and damaged ceiling tiles

    Centrally located, friendly staff, excellent food in restaurant/bar

    Room was shabby and worn, bed hard, sink and dressing room table were fitted for a midget, and I am no more than 5 ft. 6 tall. The light above the bathroom sink was broken and could not be fixed. It was very noisy with people shouting and laughing outside all night till 4 AM, then the municipal street sweeping machines turned up at about 6 AM both Saturday and Sunday morning, so not much sleep I'm afraid. I was warned about the noise however before choosing this hotel.

    lovely hotel and helpfull staff

    the noise from surrounding clubs at night. Dinner in the Cafe Royal my main course was on the table almost before the starter plate was removed I do prefer a little time betwen courses.

    l'Hôtel était en rénovation (non annoncée), le personnel d'acceuil n'était pas très avenant (juste ce qui faut mais pas plus), la salle de breakfast vieillote...a voir après rénovations. annoncé trois étoiles, mais plutôt un 2,5 étoiles.

    Bathtub. Clean. TV working & had decent news channel. Very good location re: train station and town center.

    Sink broken - flooded the floor. If you are going to put a small bin on the breakfast table, could you please use one that doesn't look exactly like the ones women dispose of sanitary products in - the juxtapositioning of used tampons and breakfast was extremely unpleasant. Lift stopped working during my stay.

    Couldn't open the window for fresh air. In a noisy room opposite a nightclub where you heard them emptying the bottles into the bin every night.

    People friendly

    Run down and tired hotel with a poor breakfast no sound-proofing of windows to compensate for city centre location next to nightclubs where upwards of 200 people were milling about on the street outside hotel until the small hours.

    the only good point was obtaining a place to stay on the night before my daughters graduation

    worn out look on carpets on entering hotel. Room and bed did not give the experince of staying in a crisp clean hotel. Dinning room was just ok. Glad we were only staying one night. Advert said they had limited car parking did not think it ment 3 spaces for whole hotel. We had to park on street next to nightclub. We felt it was much too expensive for what we got.

    The meals are very good. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is in the centre of town. The rooms are clean but worn.

    We have stayed before at this hotel and always seem to get a room overlooking the nightclub,which is very noisy at 3.00am. The hotel is always well booked as we are never able to change rooms. The room needs to be refurbished - the bathroom floor makes a noise and the tap leaks. The secondary glazing does not keep out much noise.

    The staff at reception were very helpful

    The hotel is shabby and in need of refurbishment. We were kept awake until 3am by the noise from the adjecent nightclub. Also my colleague found a hair in her scrambled egg at breakfast

    insufficiant parking. on arrival was told i could park at rear, woke up nex morning to a parking ticket. had to step over 2 drunk women to gain access to my room at night and breakfast was poor.

    I thought that the sign outside the hotel could have been illuminated as it was very difficult to see the name of the hotel from the street. Was misinformed about breakfast times as I was on a tight schedule, no literature in the room giving meal times.

    Central location. Comfortable. Good dinner in hotel restaurant. Parking not a problem.

    We were across from a nightclub. The noise and smokers outside kept us awake until 3am the first night. We asked to be moved to another room the next night which was much better.

    bed linen and towels were good and clean

    First room, large stain, brown, on the ceiling over one of the beds, carpet torn.very shabby. Second room slightly better, comfy bed clean, bathroom wash basin, not attached to wall.paintwork in windows all flaking off. My friend switched on hair dryer in bedroom and light over wash basin in bathroom went off.The tower room had a futon type bed that had obviously seen better days.
