    "Only short stay so quite adequate and friendly staff" (108406535)

    staff very friendly in all parts of hotel. Breakfast good value and cooked to order

    very large, wide building column in the middle of the room, splitting it into two halves. Would have appreciated being told of it beforehand and offered discount.

    Staff were excellent, very friendl;y but also very efficient. We would certainly stay again

    Actual booking in was laborious as I had booked via internet but rate at hotel differed from confirmed rate. this caused confusion and delay.

    the room was great

    We went down for breakfast which was cool, we told the people which they confirmed that it was cold. The offered to cook us fresh one but we did not have time and we both had to pay for the breakfast which i don't think was good i think we both should have got a refund for this

    Clean, tidy, good-quality bed linen

    Internet access very s-l-o-w despite high price (£12/24hrs). Chair in room flimsy and uncomfortable (male 13st). TV screen quite small and hard to to see from bed. Otherwise all reasonable. £7.95 for breakfast a bit steep for those who only want a coffee and croissant.

    staying overnight on 30 november I was charged 17.5%vat on car parking and breakfast which in effect took place on Monday 1 december when the vat rate had fallen to 15%. Also at time of booking breakfast was quoted at £7.50. We were charged £7.95. Small things I know,but the rate changes should have been effected

    Hotel perfectly satisfactory and convenient for us visiting relatives in the Fulham area.Ideally situated for Underground and bus connections

    The separation of room and breakfast charges disguises the fact that the hotel is quite expensive for a suburban location and for the standard of hotel.

    We requested an extra sheet and it arrived in minutes. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.We almost always stay in Premier Inns because we know the standard can be relied on to give us a pleasant and comfortable night.

    We thought the price for carparking very expensive. We sat in the lounge to read our newspapers,and found that not only was the TV talking to itself but there was piped music playing quite loudly so the clash of sounds was awful. What's wrong with silence occasionally?

    Lovely large room. Clean and quiet with a great view.

    Bed side light not working. General lighting is bad. Whoever specified those ceiling fittings should be shot. With no bidet the shower head should be detachable. No biscuits with the tea and coffee.

    Many of the staff did not have good english and it was hard to know if they understood you.

    Simple effective booking procedure - I particularly liked the fact that as a single female traveller room number details were discreetly handed over. Please retain this. Not made to feel uncomfortable in the restaurant either as a single diner.

    The menu is quite expensive in comparison with other restaurants in the locality but was of good quality. No duck in the bathroom (Lenny Henry gets one!!)

    Very close to public transport, so very easy to get to.

    It's average, nothing special, and you have to get a little lucy with the rooms, as ones by the bus stops keep me awake all night.

    "clear concise information about seperate parking charge should have been given at time of booking Staff calling at your room checking for faulty toilet flushing should not just knock on the door once and then immediately burst in the room without waiting for adequate time for a response - although this only happened the once this for us was a major let down as we were both in bed at the time."
