    First impressions were excellent - the room was very tastefully decorated. TEa making facilities most welcome and replenished when asked. Bathroom spotless and the shower was perfect temperature and a good jet.

    For us it was a bit noisy as we are not used to being on a main road at home. Trains not too intrusive.

    Owner , Very Friendly, Clean and tidy apperance of the general hotel.

    Bathroom was not very good. Waste of shower blocked. Window of bathroom rattled in the wind all night unable to close with latch. Trains adjacent up until midnight were annoying. TV remote did not work.

    The hotel was very comfortable, the breakfast excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly owners.

    the original booking was the only thing that went perfectly alright.

    the booked room, three month in advance, was occupied the day we arrived and we did not stay at the beulah house.we were not amused!

    "very short as we were going on a cruise from Dover but the house and gardens are extremely nice, just not what we were expecting" (108013099)

    the owner was very friendly and couteous and very helpful with onward directions

    we did not realise that this was only a bed and breakfast, this was not clear on the internet and we were looking for an evening meal as in most hotels

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Full English breakfast was good.

    Light is bathroom did not work (or if it did, we could not figure it out). Not great water pressure in shower.

    Friendly, courteous staff (owner). Easy to find and close to Dover docks. Comfortable accommodation, clean and tidy. Good quality breakfast.

    Quite an old building, but well maintained, and limited parking space.

    "Having travelled to the continent many times this was our third stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A comparable stop over anywhere else would would probably mean staying in a large 5 star hotel. The family running the hotel were kind and courteous and nothing was too much trouble" (97111168)

    "The landlady greeted us and directed us to a local pub where we were served a delicious meal at 9.30 pm (courtesy of the chef because we were guests of the Beaulah Hotel, as the kitchen had closed at 8 pm). Our landlady arranged for a taxi to pick us up in the morning." (97329602)

    The hotel was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable.

    We cannot find any fault with the accommodation.

    The room was lovely and the managers were very considerate. We discovered that we had to leave earlier than expected to catch our ferry and they kindly provided us with an early continental breakfast. They have a separate entrance for guests which Iliked because you can come and go as you please without intruding on the main house.

    My only tiny complaint was that there was no hairdryer in the room. However, there may have been one available on request

    It had an absolutely beautiful garden. The breakfast was typically English, and there was lots of hot coffee! Our host was very pleasant and we enjoyed talking to him several times during our stay. We were not introduced to his wife.

    Room was very small and a bit stuffy.

    The hotel is clean,comfortable and quite charming. The owners were very helpful and oblidging. English breakfast was delicious

    The front room whilst large and comfortable was noisy from the traffic and trains but these these did stop late evening.

    Every thing in the accommodation was excellent large room fantastic shower & very fresh clean room.
