    No Openzone Vouchers Bathroom (Room 4)had Black Mold all around the Bath/Shower Room had been decorated but dado Border was not finished

    Cleanliness of room. Superb TV channels. Nice breakfast.

    Check in process. No WiFi cards. Lack of clarification on breakfast - only only included per room yet we had a double room - never experienced this before in a hotel.

    Room looks grubby seat stained, floor stained I however am not commenting on the rooms cleanliness which I feel was good

    Pleasantly surprised at the size of the breakfast included in the price. Dogs going free was a big bonus as we took our dog with us. Room very quiet.

    the staff were really nice and welcoming

    the room was not clean. the grouting round the tiles, the seal round the bath and the plug hole were black and mouldy. behind the bathroom door was dusty and the extra bed cover was stained. the whole place needed some serious upgrading/cleaning

    Price

    Almost impossible to flush toilet - three or four attempts needed each time. No mat in the bathroom - had to use a towel when getting out of the shower. No teabags in room second day - not replaced after first day

    As a motel Day's Inn are excellent. No frills but clean,tidy and friendly

    One very minor issue. There is only one entry and exit onto the M62. An alternative entrance would be of great benifit.

    easy to find, the staff were polite and friendly

    bed setteee not very comfortable for an adult to sleep on my son did not get any sleep. also the motor in bathroom did not go off until 4am it sounded as though it was poorly so we did not get much sleep either.

    "We were made very welcome. Given a ground floor room as requested (my husband had had a heart attack) and the staff could not have been more courteous or helpful to us." (107577011)

    Our ferry wad delayed for two hours and so we we did not arrive at Holyhead until 10.30 pm. The lady on Reception was really good to us, we were very tired and she could not do enough for us.

    This is not a bad point but in a Travel Lodge we usually have a bed bigger than a double and at our age that would have been appreciated. We managed and this is not a complaint.

    very helpful staff, convenient location, easy to get to, nice room (bit cold!) take pets no problem, ample amenities.

    bathroom could do with a good clean. I am allergic to strawberries, so strawberry jam and yoghurt not a good idea!

    Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was cosy although far too warm for my liking (only ntwo levels of heating either hot(on) or cold(off)

    Traces of damp mold /mildew on bathroom around the bath. Seat and bed setee were stained. Carpet in room still had crumbs and broken biscuts from previous occupant

    Good sized room, good number of well sized towels, comfortable bed. Opportunity for breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff.

    There is a guest room designated for smokers, just inside the hotel entrance.As soon as we walked through the entrance to reception,cigarrete smoke 'hit us'.There was continually a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. This permeated through into our room and was not very pleasant as neither of us smoke.
