    "An afternoon spent lying on my car rug on the lawn in gorgeous sunshine, accompanied by an Ian Rankine and a glass of dry white (or two) - absolute bliss!" (107465004)

    The welcome, room, food and surroundings were lovely. Extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean with all the extra thoughtful niceties that mean they care about their guests.

    Games Room. Quiet Location - due to ownership of adjoining land. Dvd entertainment. Well kept character house. Exceptionally friendly couple who owned hotel.

    Lack of direction - unsure of where to park cars intially or where reception was located on first arrival - no major issue.

    Ground floor room. Very tastefully furnished and comfortable.

    The bathroom needs an update. The dinners were no more than adequate, but the breakfasts were good.

    "Great value for money. Very welcoming staff. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends. The hotel is within good driving distance of Tenby (Approximately 10 minutes) This hotel would be ideal for someone who seeks peace and tranquility. However, a car is essential!" (97186700)

    The location is quiet and convenient. The parking is excellent. The hotel was immaculately clean and tidy. The breakfast was first class.

    We felt that the en-suite bathroom could have been a little larger and the soft furnishings in the bedroom were dated and in need of replacement.

    "From the moment we arrived we were made to feel comfortable, On arrival we were immediately offered a drink very welcome after our journey and the service just got better. Our room was about the best we have stayed in and the dining room was very pleasant to sit in. The food was value for money plentiful and beautifully cooked.     This was a country house that had belonged to my great-great-grandfather, so it was a very important experience for us. The owners were extremely pleasant and courteous. The rooms were very lovely and fit the character of the house.

    The room was lovely, bright, big and airy. The welcome was warm and we enjoyed the DVD player in our room with good DVD choice from the library

    Welcoming staff,good clean and spacious room,good hearty breakfast,lovely setting and grounds.The pub down the road to the left was a good place for an evening meal.We had a look at the the hostelry further up the village but there were too many children for our liking.

    Very friendly staff and very clean and comfortable

    TV did not work properly (poor reception) with limited choice of channels. The restaurant was not open for food on the evening when I arrived.

    This was a lovely hotel in a great surrounding. The staff were more than helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again (for pleasure rather than business).

    As I was the only guest at the hotel (end of season) it was quite erie. This was through no fault of anyone, it was just the time of year.

    "The location is really good and close to Tenby and Pembroke. The village of St. Florence is picturesque with a pub serving great food, less than five minutes walk away down the estate's private drive. The house and grounds are quiet and very peaceful, no noise to bother anyone. They have good leisure facilities for children. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.     Everything. The location was stunning, the room large, tastefully decorated with great views across the fields. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole experience was very good indeed.

    The exquisite quality of the furnishings, carpets and decor, also the very friendly and helpful staff. The large areas around the hotel were a pleasure to walk in and enjoy. First class breakfast

    We would like to have had the opportunity of having evening dinner, but it was easy to walk to a local inn for excellent evening meals.
