    "We thouroughly loved it and would definately stay there again, in fact we are most likely to book to stay here again, not too expensive and a lovely location with great facilities especially for children." (107241330)

    The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly especially to our 5year old son who they always took time to talk to. The swimming pool and leisure facilities were also fantastic with the times we could take the children really convenient. Hathaways where we ate one evening during our stay was very pleasant the food very tasty, the childrens menu was very varied much better than a lot of childrens menu's I have seen in the past, the staff here were also very accomodating.

    After having used the shower facilities at the leisure complex, I found the shower in our room really rather dissapointing (a dribble)

    all round excellent value for the price we paid to stay

    the hatherway menu was very limited however my wife chose the fish only to recieve a lump of batter but this did not make any difference it was still an excellent stay

    Excellent value for money and friendly staff. Food was very good too.

    Not much information available about the local area and where to visit. Also one of the receptionists gave the wrong information regarding the use of the hotel's facilities.

    good size room, clean, good bed, good TV

    bathroom was very shabby. The evening meal in the restaurant was the worst we've had for a long long time, the salad looked like it had been on many customers tables before ours!

    Pool, choice of food venues, location, large TV in Bistro. and a large hotel room.

    Hotel offers free sweets and crisps, i think people would prefer bottled water especially when looking at the condition of the cold water that comes out of the taps, its very cloudy.

    should have seperate towels for swimming kept at the leisure centre to pick up from reception.

    "The stay was fine as we were only there for 1 night and were on a 2 day visit to see friends. Had we been staying longer or for personal leisure we would not have been so happy with the overall quality. We recently stayed at The Royal Mirage Arabian Court Hotel in Dubai which could teach the Lea Marston a great deal in service and staffing and room quality!" (107749766)

    Some staff were very helpful and made up for those that were not. Food was excellent.

    Some staff were unhelpful. Booking in, the instructions were barked out in rapid succession with poor instruction to find the room and no guides/staff to assist. No clear opening times for the Bar or restaurant. Questions on bar/restaurant times were answered differently by different staff leading to further confusion. Poorly organised, staff were running around with no clear direction for the majority, and seemed unsure who was responsible for what.

    A really smart and peaceful hotel that welcomes children and caters for them for meals too. The room was spot on, not too hot and not too cold with a view as described in the ad. The hotel is so quiet and laid back although busy, after a hectic day at Drayton Manor this is definately what's needed!

    "ideal place to stay for either 1 night or 1 week. golfers will love the hotel as it has a golf course and driving range. women will love it for the sauna and jacuzzi. definitely recommend as excellent value for money." (97560408)

    fantastic room and decor. bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly. the peace and tranquility were ideal too.

    the lack of food choice in the bar and restaraunt and the breakfast wasnt brilliant.

    Modern, spacious well furnished.

    Some of the finish was a bit poor but this didnt spoil our stay.

    "This hotel was good value for money and I found it hard to find a hotel that included breakfast, this hotel did both mornings. The staff were excellent and I could not fault them, they went out of their way to help us and make our stay something to remember. The taxi company that the hotel use, were extremely friendly and helpful which the hotel booked for us. I can not comment on the restrauant in the hotel as we were out at an event all weekend we ate out, but we did have breakfast and it was very clean, and a lovely warm feeling about the place."     It was clean,fresh and comfotable. The room decor was just like the pictures on the internet.

    I don't think there was anything to dislike about our stay. It was very Welcoming.

    all ok, the main restraunt was excellent, the food was hopt and cooked to perfection and the staff were helpful and polite.

    They poor bar facilities and general bar prices. the actual bar in the hotel was quite nice but the pub thing we were sent too before 6pm was terrible and we only stayed for one drink.

    "Straightforward check in, pleasant staff. Very pleased with the room, especially the cleanliness. Extra bed supplied for daughter was comfortable and good size, and room still had adequate space for us all. Leisure suite adequate, not huge pool but comfortable for pupose. Ate in Hathaway Bar and meal (a veggie dish and two fish dishes) was extremely good. Ate there as opposed to restaurant because vegetarian options seemed more varied. Breakfast plentiful.     Fresh and clean decoration with generous sized (standard) room. Adequate soundproofing. Very clean and well presented.

    Only one hot chocolate between three people was a bit stingy.(apparently none available, when staff asked)

    Staff were very attentive. We requested a fridge and baby cot in our room, however when we arrvived late in the day, it wasn't there. The staff quickly resolved the issue and compensated us with a complimentry bottle of wine, quite exemplary!

    "I enjoyed the choice of restaurants (2) and I really liked the breakfast. The standard of the hotel is high, but the bathroom lets it down a bit. The shower curtain is unhygienic and clings to you while showering. The rooms were fantastic and good sized. All in all i really enjoyed my stay." (99845329)

    the cleanliness of the room was to a high standard, pool & jacquzzi facilities were excellent.

    The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on and also not suitable for young amorous couples.

    The room was big and well set out and clean and very tidy. There was everything available that we could have wanted, but foung the choice in the main restaurant lacking in choice for our tastes. But the Hathaway certainly made good where the main restaurant had failed with a very good choice of meals and snacks

    "Overall a very good stay, although it was for just one night. The staff were very friendly & helpful - particularly the receptionist, who took time out to welcome the children individually. She also went out of her way to advise on Drayton Manor, and by booking the tickets through the hotel, actually saved us some money. The food was excellent & very well laid out by an excellent chef... Room was very good, and in lovely settings. We managed to use the leisure facilities which were adequate...." (3304774944)

    Perfect fit for the whole family. 4 poster bed was a nice surprise, with the seperate room for the children. We'll definately do this again sometime, if we can have the same room!!
