    "this was the third stay at the hotel in 2008, following three stays totalling 9 days in each of 2007 and 2006" (97985138)

    Staff consideration when arriving early for check in, good clean and functional accommodation. Good location close to underground train station and shops and cafes.

    On some occasions the allocated room has been rather small for the amount of baggage that we have been travelling with.

    "We find this to be a well run and well located hotel and have spent 9 days in the hotel in each of the past three years and have returned annually because of our liking for the standard of facilities and service" (97363601)

    "Nice stay, it would have been handy to know that there was a football mach that night beforehand and that there is an adjacent railway line running all night with freight trains. I'd have asked for another room but I only found out in the morning how poor the shower was." (97820700)

    The shower was very poor - more of a trickle ! Not what you would expect for a hotel of this standard

    "Hotel was clean and orderly. Staff seemed to be somewhat confused most of the time. Checking in seemed to be a hassle for front desk staff. Same for check out - as if I were bothering them at an inconvenient time.     Hotel is very central and good bus,underground and taxi service to different areas of |London

    "CHECK IN WAS SMOOTH AND QUICK. ALL OUR DEALINGS WITH RECEPTION AND STAFF WERE WELL HANDLED EVEN THOUGH AS OTHERS HAVE SAID ITS LIKE STAYING IN A HOTEL STAFFED BY THE UNITED NATIONS. ALL WERE GREAT FROM THE CHAMBER MAIDS THRU BAR AND RECEPTION STAFF TO THE DUTY MANAGER I SPOKE WITH ON THURSDAY EVENING REGARDING THE ROOM." (97417861)

    THE HOTEL WAS IN A LOCATION I HAD KNOWLEDGE OF AND THAT SUITED US. THE ROOM ALLOCATED WAS IN A STRANGE CORNER POSITION AND WE WERE INFORMED THAT THESE WERE THE ONES USED FOR PEOPLE PAYING THE REDUCED RATE THAT WE DID. ON ARRIVAL WE ASKED TO BE MOVED BUT AS IT WAS LATE THEY HAD NO DOUBLES AVALIABLE ON THE THURSDAY EVENING AND BY FRIDAY MORNING WE HAD DECIDED TO STAY PUT.

    THE SHAPE OF THE ROOM AND THE FACT THAT THE BED SEEMED SMALLER THAN YOU WOULD EXPECT IN A HOTEL OF THIS STANDARD.

    Excellent location, modern furniture and design.

    Our shower was not very powerful. maybe you should do regular checks on them.

    "The hotel was very clean and tidy, the booking price did not include breakfast and at not point when checking in were we asked if we would like to add breakfast. Our checkout time was 11.00am, at 8.00am a maid was knocking on our door asking to clean the room as we were checking out that day a little later in the morning would have been better or even after we had checked out.     "When we arrived there was no menu for the hotel restaurant in our room. One was left the following day but we had already made arrangements to have dinner out. The menu sounded very good and not too expensive. We would definitely have tried the restaurant if we had seen the menu sooner." (97616530)

    We liked the situation close to Fulham Broadway. The situation felt secure and the staff (we only saw them for checkin and checkout were helpful. The room was great for our requirements. My husband liked the TV and interactive facility! The bed was very comfortable.
