    Reception staff friendly

    Poor cleanliness of room - carpet not hoovered and glass dirty. Toilet seat wobbled when sat on. No hot water through the tap and shower temp changed often. Poor breakfast - staff slow in serving and brought wrong order and eggs cold.

    "Overall this hotel was excellent value for money and a great base to explore London from. There is a tube station nearby as well as a taxi service provided by the Hotel which is very reasonable. Apart from wishing the breakfast had been bigger, we can't fault it! " (108365232)

    Excellent parking, friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean room, great location for Central London if you don't want to be in the middle of things, quiet considering it's on a main road.

    Shower/Bath was tired and needed updating, but worked ok. English breakfast was lovely but portions were quite small.

    poor maintenance culture. my bedsheets were not changed for the three nights that i stayed even though it had a stain on the first night.

    Friendly staff, good breakfast, near tube, value for money, good parking facilities

    Very noisy...not only was there a kitchen underneath our room, there was another kitchen through an adjacent wall on the same floor. The noise continued late into the night and started very early in the morning.

    Extremely poor rooms; no ventilation in the rooms; not equipped for the summer; standing fans were requested for the room as the ceiling fans in the rooms were useless; only fan for 1 room was provided and that also on the last day; hotel off a very busy street and if you open the windows cannot sleep because of noise and if you close the windows cannot breathe because of suffocation;

    "Very pleased with it - there was 24 hour access - I came in at 3am and there was someone available on the door to let me in. Good for late/delayed airport arrivals I'd imagine, being so near to Heathrow. Lots of rooms too. " (107854037)

    Excellent value for money - large room, good shower and very clean.

    Duvet cover was clean but tatty - had darns and cigarette burns - such a minor thing to rectify and not costly - just tarnished the overall excellent facilities

    The dinner was really very good,and the breakfast was also very good,and the room was very spacious, very pleased.

    The shower was not very powerfull.

    ordered a double room. was given a romm with single beds which were pushed together. Shower didnt work properly. romm smelt of stale smoke

    The room was clean condition and had tea and coffee facilities. The location was not too far from the local bars and clubs, and cab getting in was not expensive. The reception people were helpful and made arrangements to organise cabs. The car parking is free and had spaces to park..

    The lighting in the room was dim, and needed more heating as it did get cold at night...

    There were many, but to mention one; we walked out of breakfast the first morning owing to the total chaos, undrinkable coffee, absence of cereal bowls, cutlery, fruit juice glasses and somewhat un-appealing looking food served up on the adjacent table. The staff and dining facilities appeared unable to cope with the number of guests. Perhaps they are not normally so busy? I don't know.

    Room was a good size

    Photograph on internet very misleading this was the back of the premises. The front looked like a mini-cab office. Hall and stair carpets were dirty, no hot water in wash hand basin though shower did provide hot water

    Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Supposed "Deluxe room" had paint peeling, power sockets falling off walls and was directly above an Indian takeaway kitchen. I'd get a wakeup call at 5.30am and then I'd be kept awake until around 12.30am with crashing and banging... not to mention the smell of curry all the time. Was moved to a "nice double" - a quarter of the size of the deluxe and was then kept awake by the noise of other residents and 2 polish guys above my room. Asked for a refund and moved back to a travelodge down the road. Bliss!! Managed to get a decent nights sleep after that... Avoid like the plague if you want a clean and quiet hotel.

    THE HOTEL WAS BASIC BUT THE STAFF WERE REALLY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL.THE BREAFAST WAS VERY GOOD FRESHLY COOKED AND WE WERE ASKED IF WE WOULD LIKE MORE TEA/COFFEE/TOAST/JUICE.THE BEDROOM WAS A GOOD SIZE AND THE BED WAS VERY BIG AND NOT TOO UNCOMFORTABLE(I MISS MY OWN BED WHEN AWAY).THE TOWELS WERE LOVELY WHITE SOFT AND WERE REPLACED THE SECOND DAY EVEN THOUGH WE WERE ONLY THERE FOR THE TWO DAYS{FRID / SAT LEAVING AFTER BREAFAST SUNDAY.i WOULD RECOMMEND A STAY IN THIS HOTEL ASK FOR A DELUXE ROOM THOUGH NOTHING TOO SPECIAL BUT A BIGGER ROOM AND BED AND ENSUIT WITH A BATH AND SHOWER NOT JUST THE SHOWER.VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY..

    HAVE NOT GOT ANY BAD POINTS REALLY.WE STAYED BECAUSE OF THE RUGBY LEAGUE CHALLENGE CUP FINAL AT WEMBLEY AND ALTHOUGH YOU CAN GET THE BUS INTO EALING THEN ONE TO THE STADIUM IT WAS JUST TOO FAR AWAY.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful

    Room was in need of modernisation. The taps were loose on the sink and the extractor fan was very loud. The carpet was stained. The bed was like a slab of concrete.

    very noisy, there was a party the night we stayed and music was so loud the windows in our room were vibrating party went on until 11.30pm

    Friendly & helpful staff, convenient for this area of London, clean, easy car parking, fresh air (windows easy to open) & a fan (which we PREFER to air con), comfortable bed (we don't like them too soft), no unnecessary frills

    Narrow corridors & lots of stairs and slopes up/down/up: BUT that's the nature of the building & wasn't a problem to us. (It could be worth mentioning during the booking process, if the room being booked isn't one of the easier-to-access ones)

    I liked the polite, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very well decorated and the hot water was hot(hooray)! My room was quiet and I had a good night's sleep.

    The television reception was a bit fuzzy. There could have been a big sand ashtray out in the carpark for smokers to put their cigarette butts into.
