    Excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to tube station. Room was good size (family room). With 4 single beds it was ideal for a family of 4 with teenage children.

    The breakfast was not very nice and it was served very early (7am until 8.30am). Some of the electrics in the room did not work and sparks came from the plugs on occasions! The room was extremely hot on the first night making it very uncomfortable.

    Good location with easy underground access to Heathrow. Shops and markets directly across the street. Lampton Park just a few minutes walk away, a great place to run or walk. Breakfast was good.

    Room was extremely small with no ceiling fan or fridge. Narrow stairway, although the staff did help with carrying suitcases.

    Lampton Guest House was quite easy to find and access, outside the congestion charge, yet very handy for the Picadilly line to commute into Central London. We found the staff very helpful and the accomodation was adequate for the purpose of the visit, with the benefit of free parking. We would definately recommend this guest house to other people and will be looking at staying there again in the near future.

    There were no real negative points apart from the room was quite small and the shower cubicle door was not in good working order.

    Close to the Metro and to the airport. Easy to find. Had electric teapot .Bed was very neat and sheets very clean.Good thick towels and enough shampoo and lotion.TV and shower was working.

    Needed more fresh air, room was not ventilated very well.Had some smell.I did not have breakfast because had to leave early. I would think that there need to be an option for some kind of lower rate if you do not have breakfast. Also outside light on the street was shining all night even through the cartons.

    Very tiny rooms. Remote control didn't work. Hard beds, only one pillow. Extra charge for internet access. No wash cloths. Toilet seat not clean.

    "This is my second stay here in the last 12 months and once again I was very pleased with the hotel. It is clean, friendly and relatively cheap. The location is perfect - a short walk from Hounslow Central tube station, from Hounslow High Street, from Lampton Park, and with a pub (Bulstrode) serving good food almost next door. Overall excellent value, especially for people in transit to Heathrow." (107642855)

    Excellent location for access to Heathrow via tube, clean, efficiently run, relatively cheap, good value.

    Lots of steps would make it difficult for people with mobility problems.

    "It was just what we needed for one night - location was excellent for tube. It was a little noisy as we were at the front (from the road) but we didn't find it a problem. Everything was fine but not outstanding. Breakfast was well cooked not greasy but breakfast room was again adequate but not pretty. The staff seem to be trying really hard and pretty nearly succeeding. I enjoyed the stay. I thought this was good value for money." (107210426)

    Staff were friendly. Room was large - we had ordered a double and got a room with 4 single beds. Beds were comfy. Fair sized shower room- shower worked well. Very near Hounslow Central tube station - just turn left out of tube station. Fridge in room (but may have been because this was really a family room). Cooked breakfast included. Good orange juice - did not taste diluted as in many "posh" hotels. Choice of 2 cereals and fresh fruit also.

    Furnishings in room were not of a very high quality and the finish of the bathroom was slightly untidy as was the wire up to the television in the room. But not a problem.(certainly fine for this grade of guest house) Breakfast finished at 8.30 on a Sunday too.

    adequate for one night stay, as only there to sleep. Breakfast was fine, with quick service.

    In need of updating and modernising, heating was off in the room as we returned at 11pm on a cold night - worked when we turned it on. Very thin layer of bedding, bathroom needed updating, corridor to room doubled as a storage area, very small room.

    Large room compared to other B&B's we stayed at. Proximity to train was a bonus.

    Kitchen was in the basement, and not too inviting.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was of a good size and standard for my needs.Car parking was a must for me and there was no problem with this. I had business in the town and was allowed to keep my car in the hotel car park whilst I did this.

    I was worried that being close to the airport it would be noisy but it wasn't. Ok place, well kept, very conveniently located, friendly staff.

    Booking procedure was a bit confusing. I gave my credit card details during the booking so I thought the payment was already done, but on arrival to the hotel I was informed it wasn't so and asked to pay. It gave the feeling of paying twice for the same thing, particularly because if I hadn't used the reservation and didn't cancel it in time then it would have been charged to my credit card. In previous occasions when I had booked a hotel on the internet the booking was in itself the payment.

    Beds were comforable. Bathroom very small but adiquate for a short stay. We were put on the 2nd floor. which was difficult because there were no lifts. And I had a heavy suitcase. But the Receptionist took my case up for me. which I was very pleased about. We were made to feel welcome. And the breakfast was excellent

    Easy to get to from airport; relatively inexpensive compared to other London B&Bs; breakfast was decent and filling.
