    I would like to say your staff were excellent and our stay with you was very enjoyable. I would Like to mention Ken behind the bar Joeanne & Actmel the Rceptionists & housemaids. I can't remember all the names but they deserve a huge pat on the back.

    Too many to mention. Very easy to get to from M4, good access, easy access to public transport into London, friendly efficient staff, comfortable clean accomodation, good food, good service, and suberb value.

    No bad points at all! We were concerned that being so close to Heathrow and the A4 that it would be noisy at night but we were proved wrong. Sleep was unbroken and woke refreshed ready for a good breakfast.

    "Overall, very good as the hotel fit our travel needs, as well as providing good access for visiting central London if you are a bit of a do-it yourselfer. (ie tube, bus etc.)" (108505997)

    Great price and location fit our needs to be close to airport with access to central London, Windsor and St. Pancras by tube. Included full breakfast, which was great and the staff were great as well. Hotel room was clean, and everything was in working order.

    Only slight negative was the distance from the tube stop (10 min walking), but if we had been better prepared, the bus from the tube was actually very quick. Recommend that you map the location exactly.

    Surprisingly quiet. Excellent breakfasts. Tea-making facility in our room. Hot water in good supply. Staff very helpful.

    Basin taps needed replacing. TV facility was also very antiquated.

    Great room and facilities, excellent value and great location - very easy to get to the centre of London from this hotel.

    Rooms very spacious and clean and modern with parking right next to the room. Restaurant was well laid out and breakfast was hot with plenty of choice both full english and continental.

    We were surprised that we had to pay for parking when on the site we booked through it said it was free and it was actuall £5 per night we were rather annoyed at this charge. Also in the morning from about 5am it felt like a plane was landing in the bedroom it was that loud and woke us both mornings however the room only had single glazing so perhaps this could be overcome and it did state that there was some aircraft noise but didn't think it would be that bad.

    hotel is good as the car is park just outside your window.

    Right under the flight path of those jumbo planes with loud engine every 5 minutes,dining service is poor as i need to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be serve of coffee for breakfast and the dining staff is not so friendly,the windows can be open widely and not safe for children.Parking should be free of charge for all check in guest.

    the room was very old and looked well past its sell by date the furniture was in the same state and in desperate need of sound proofing as we thought we were sleeping on the runway it was realy bad

    Spacious room, mostly spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom well equipped - lovely vigorous shower over bath. Good breakfast, plenty of choice, attentive staff. Good idea to park in front of room.

    The net curtains could do with a wash.

    very professional and friendly especially brekfast staff who seem to work their socks off keeping everybody happy and the chef for cooking a great brekfast.

    I did not stay long enough to try out the bar :-), oh one small detail though I didnt pick up on it though was if you kept up to date with local events (i wouldnt say that was a complaint but if someone or couple wanted to go do something for the day locally)

    THE HOTEL WAS ADEQUATE FOR A ONE-NIGHT STAY, I WAS UPGRADED TO A DOUBLE ROOM AT NO EXTRA COST AND THE STAFF WERE POLITE. I STAYED AT THE HILTON IN COVENTRY AT THE END OF LAST YEAR AND THE ROOM WAS A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE BUT NOWHERE NEAR AS GOOD AS THE ONE I WAS GIVEN AT THE MASTER ROBERT.

    THE DECOR IS A LITTLE TIRED AND DATED, BUT THIS IS REFLECTED IN THE PRICE.

    "We will not be staying at the hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone else. The breakfasts were also poor. the staff were trying their best to keep on top of clearing tables and replenishing the food but they could not keep up. there should have been more staff at breakfast.     We stayed in the outsides rooms and being able to park outside the room was Convenient

    The noise of the planes was intolerable. For the two nights that we stayed all four of us had very poor nights sleep. This problem would be eased if the windows and doors were suitabley insulated and double-glazed. on of the rooms was freezing and when I asked for an extra blanket I was told no by the receptionist who was abrupt and rude.

    £5 per night for parking, free in other hotels. Old fashioned television with basic channels. Bathroom needed up-grading.

    The room was clean, plenty of space,also had a sofa so you dont have to sit on the bed all the time.

    From 5am you do hear the planes coming over. Only a short ride from Heathrow so this is expected.

    Parking

    No heating in the bathroom while snow outside. As this was an outside chalet type room it was too cold to even have a shower. Reported that evening but on return to hotel next day, still not fixed. Single glazed windows with peeling paintwork, very shabby.

    "The hotel is quite close to Heathrow airport and as such, there are planes flying over all the time, but if your windows are closed it's not a problem. The rooms are kept clean and the cleaning staff are very polite but aren't always able to speak English. Some of the other staff are a bit distant, they do their job but don't really speak much with the exception of one or two. The food could be better. They always do a good steak but seem to fall flat when it comes to the veg. Mine always seemed a bit limp, as if it had been warmed up from the previous meal. (There's a good Indian restaurant on the same road to the left of the hotel. Around 5 to 10 mins walk.) All in all, it's not a bad hotel for the money we paid and yes, we would use it again.
