    Good proximity to Heathrow. Plenty of free parking. Good breakfast included in the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean and adequate.

    The room was overlooking the main road which was very noisy. Wasn't sure how to switch the bedside lamp on!

    Friendly staff. We were given a smoking room initially and were swiftly accomodated when we requested a switch to a non-smoking room.

    Our room needed a good hoover - there was debris on the floor. Other guests stood outside our (ground floor) window to smoke, so it was very noisy until late at night. Breakfast facillities only adequate.

    had trouble to find the hotel from the train station and late at night there were no taxis, had trouble to locate the switch to turn on the shower, left early and could not take any breakfast with me

    The condition of the hotel is good. The breakfast is very good. And the hotel host is friendly and helpful.

    Maybe there is not good smell in the room.

    "Overall, this hotel was good value for the price. I would have preferred a softer bed, but the room was clean and warm and well maintained. The hotel is not very soundproofed, which made it difficult to sleep when the guests left the bar at night to go to bed, but once everyone was in bed it was OK." (99165295)

    The owners were very accomodating and friendly. The food at breakfast was fresh and they had a good variety.

    The beds were very firm, which may suit some people, but were too firm for me. The guests were rather noisy around midnight every night which made it difficult to sleep.

    "We thought the price was good for the facilities. We liked the fact that there were several room choices. The hotel was close to the airport but not under the flightpath. The full breakfast was good although limited to 7-8am. Helpful friendly staff who told us where to go to eat as the cooking staff were off that night. The rooms are quite small and the corridor made it a little noisy. The room did have an air conditioner. The bathroom was tiny and could have been a little cleaner and no face cloths (flannels) were available. We were told the taxi to the airport was 9 pounds but the taxi driver told us 10."     Price. Offered twin beds with en-suite bathroom. Close to the airport but not under the flightpath. Nice full breakfast. Helpful friendly staff.

    Rooms are small and the corridor made it a little noisy. The bathroom was tiny and could have been a little cleaner. Was given an incorrect price for the airport taxi, by hotel staff.

    "A very nice, almost budget priced accommodation. There is nothing 'fancy' about this place but it was exceptionally clean. The room was basic but had everything you might need including an excellent shower and tea/coffee making facilities (with decent sized mugs!). Breakfast was perfectly adequate. The bedroom smelt very sweet too. If you are after an overnight stop I would recommend it. If you walk far enough into Hayes you will also find a good Weatherspoons pub." (99853000)

    "I will certainly stay here again should the need arise for transit stop to/from USA. It is within easy reach of M4/M40/M25 as well as being just a few minutes from Heathrow by taxi.     Friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff

    Requested a non-smoking room but didnt get one. There was a high smell of nicotine and smoke. Airfresheners should be put in all rooms.

    "We only stayed one night ,after meeting our daughter home from Vancouver , but would definately stay there again should the occasion arise. Nice breakfast was included in the price.
