    Personeel is aardig en behulpzaam

    The location was very good as it provided us easy access to Heathrow. It was an economical place to stay. The restaurant food and staff were good and efficient.

    The hall to our room was very narrow and had a musty smell. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for the shower in our room.

    "Had I known it was the farthest from the airport on the Hoppa, I would have chosen another hotel.The bus only goes every 40 minutes. The room, though, was clean, warm and inviting." (108343804)

    Your facility was clean and well lit.

    I was exhausted, and just wanted to get to my room. However, the clerk gave me a key marked for room 260. The key didn't work and I had to go back, wait in line again, and have them mark the correct room of 330. And 2 pounds for 30 minutes on the internet? Shame on you.

    Excellent help from restaurant staff with allergy requirements. Lovely food in restaurant and friendly service from check-in staff.

    Lots of noise in hotel halls after hours which disturbed sleep - however it is easy to understand how this might be hard to control from a staffing point of view. Also, noise filtering through from the adjoining room. (There was a locked door which connected the two rooms.

    Nice clean hotel with good facilities although I did not have much time to use them all

    Parking for short stay residents should be free if not using it to park cars whilst travelling abroad.

    Excellent beds, spacious room.

    It was hot and muggy, and got progressively more so during the night, and there was no way to deal with this - couldn't find air conditioning, windows couldn't open.

    Easy check in and available parking area. Very close to air port

    Breakfast was not good and cups and glases did not smell good. The room needs to refurbished TheTV chanels were lousy and not clear The matrss of the bed was awful .we could not sleep at all Problem finding our passports that we left in the hotels safe which delayed us about 40 minutes when checked out

    Clean room, VERY powerful shower, quiet hotel, pleasant helpful staff.

    Room was very warm, window only opened slightly - so it was rather stuffy. TV was a bit ropey.

    I thought for the price it was a very good value. All the staff that we encountered were very gracious and helpful.

    The only complaint I have is regarding the mattresses. I think they could be upgraded, at least in the room we were in.

    Great price on the internet--nice decor and rooms, all clean and comfortable. It worked well for me to be able to stay at Heathrow and get to my morning plane with minimal stress.

    The shuttle service is very infrequent--can make for a long wait at the airport. The food was not so great--I had a Caesar salad, very greasy.

    Pleasant and spacious reception and lounges on ground floor. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Very pleasant staff indeed on reception, restaurant and bar.Good value for money.

    Just one. The toast machine was difficult to manage and either burnt or under did the toast. I would expect to have nice toast for the price of the breakfast.

    I found the hotel easy to find using the shuttle bus which was incredibly convenient. I shall use the hotel again as overall I found the service excellent.

    Would still recommend work collegues to stay when visiting head office, as it is in a good location. It did the job!

    The shower head had sprayed all over the floor when it was turned on...should of maybe had glass doors rather then a curtain. Checking out...staff member quite abrupt and didnt say much.

    "The staff are mainly foreign and tend to answer the phone before seeing to face to face customers. Due to this I miised the connecting coach to the airport to be told the hotel would pay for a taxi, then this was changed to paying the coach fare of £4 each I was not impressed." (107792091)

    The first room I had was much better, larger .

    The shower was a hazard and no instructions on how to use it. The second room needed decorating and the corridors to the room needed decorating. The toasted sandwich was cold on arrival and unappetising.

    Clean,quiet and comfotable. First time I have stayed at the Comfort Inn and I will certainly do so again.

    Food service from kitchen was very slow. This did not seem to be due to restaurant staff who were most attentive. We had to wait an hour at supper for food to arrive and replacement of items on the breakfast buffet was also slow. Also hotel wireless internet did not reach our room.

    The reception staff did not know the way to the airport - a bit of a drawback in an airport hotel.

    Close to airport, hoppa bus to & from airport but make sure you read the fine print on end of bus sign at airport as * after some of bus 58 times.
