    "We have used this hotel twice now for Rugby games at Twickenham and will continue to do so as long as the rates stay the same. We have stayed at others in more expensive Richmond and surrounding areas but for what we need this hotel is perfect." (107981282)

    Cheap, close to Twickenham via train, good English Breakfast, cheerful staff.

    Rooms small and in need of modernisation, showers not great but they work!

    Excellent value for money, tidy and clean. Easy access to get to from M4. Free car parking. Breakfast included in price. Ensuite to room.

    Hotel showed signs of needing up-dating and use of poor quality furniture in places. The cooked breakfast could have been bigger.

    Pleasant and attentive staff. Seems to be a family run business. A clean establishment with adequate facilities but showing signs of wear all round, despite some improvements being made since our last stay.

    Breakfast was not quite as well organised as it could have been, but adequate none the less. TV remote control in room was a little on the used side and could do with being replaced. Only the standard terrestrial channels available.

    for what we paided I suppose we can't complain, you get what you pay for,but in future we will look for something much better.

    Very poor directions given from hotel. Took a lot of time to find it and when we phoned hotel for help we were told we should have had a Sat Nav! When we finally arived with the help of a very helpful local couple the reception staff were not concerned. Our room was clean but we had no plug in washbasin and kettle not working properly,staff to busy to bother. Breakfast ok but not upto our usual standard.

    "Our stay was 2 nights and we had afamily room sleep four. If all you want to do is sleep there tehn for the price it is okay. To go to central London on the tube takes 30 minutes (Picadily Line) " (107532426)

    Very friendly staff, parking outside teh hotel but if tehre is a function on then it can be difficulty to find parking in fromt of teh hotel. Howeevr there is plenty of on street parking available near teh hotel.

    Parking if you go out for the day tehn you end up loosing your place. Breakfast is supposed to be FULL English breakfast but all you get in terms of cooked food is fried egg, baked beans and Sausage. Asked for vegie sausage don't do them.

    very helpfull and friendly staff allowed to book in early as room was ready

    tv blew up and shower you had fiddle with the temp gage to get it right but that happens in quite a few hotels

    the room was disgusting there was staines all over the walls and on the radiator, and i would not want to guess what they were, the tv in the room was being held together with black tape, not to health and saftey standards, if you advertise a full english breakfast thats what you should get, we had not even made our toast or sat down and our breakfast arrived, which contain one egg spoonful of beans 2 slices of bacon and the smallest sausage i have ever een it would not of been too bad if it was not cold

    fairly clean staff were friendly easy to find had a fridge in the room close to where we needed to be.

    bit tatty end of taps missing towels frayed handels in room comming off, full english breakfast consisted of half a plate of beans a fried egg a slice of bacon and a sausage probably deep fried at least two times not good. General tatty no uniform just joggers and trainers were not warned when booking about a large indian wedding which was incredibly noisey. Parking mininmal.

    Water not hot enough for morning shower.Carpet in room not clean.Bathroom shelf needs fixing.

    staff friendly and curteous. Room clean and tidy and equiped well. breakfast was filling. well decorated.

    car parking difficult when full. access to rear car park very narrow. condition of rear car park not in good condition, lots of full rubbish bins and building rubble laying around.shower in room did not drain away very well so limited the time in shower because the foot basin would overfill. No menu choice at breakfast

    Beds comfortable, staff helpful. Fan in room.

    Generally a bit grubby and shoddy e.g. shower drain blocked up with hair, hole in tiles behind toilet, had to ask for toilet paper. Breakfast a little limited e.g. cereal but no fruit, white bread only.

    "The staff was friendly but, failed to convey a message from a friend, it took several hours and two reminders to obtain my friend's telephone number. It ideally placed for Heathrow Airport and a good shopping area. I was however extremly disappointed with the B&B. Room cleaniliness was of a great concern to me. My bath towel and bath mat was removed without a replacement and the bin emptied, however the sink and bath area was not cleaned. " (108011107)

    The breakfast was value for money - good English breakfast

    The room was in the basement with a window facing a garbage area. The room smelt damp, the room consists of an old fridge which appeared to be from a second hand shop, and does not belong in a bed and breakfast establishement. The sheets were wrinkled, and I was unsure if they were recently changed. Finally it was difficult to breathe in the room. I requested a transfer without explaining the reason.

    Excellent Value, family room perfect, quiet and private, breakfast was excellent, choice of food and loads of it. Very friendly and helpful staff.

    Took 25 minutes to get someone to check us in. No one at reception when arrived, pressed the bell 3 times still no one. when someone did arrive they were on the telephone while checking us in

    Room clean with TV, fridge/freezer. Parking available. Easy access from M4 & M3. Good pub for food nearby. Ample room in bedroom and decent size ensuite. Staff polite/helpful.

    Kettle did not work, took long time to find someone to check-in. Breakfast OK.
