    Considering London prices, it was OK. The room was clean and warm which was all I required. Good location. Bed was comfortable which was a plus.

    The hotel itself is shabby and run down. Haridryer didn't work, the back of the bedroom chair came off in my hand when I pulled it back.

    Bonne situation dans un quartier agréable, pres de Regents park

    Le chauffage était bloqué dans une des chambres si bien qu'il a fait une chaleur insupportable, le personnel(moyennement agréable )n'a pu rien faire pour résoudre le problème.Les chambres étaient moches et étroites.L'hotel ne mérite pas d'être considéré comme un 3 étoiles.

    Convenient central location

    Small, hot and stuffy room. Venitlation via open window allowed intrusive noise. The "full" English breakfast was frugal, with the sausage being off and not replaced after complaint. Overall, the room was certainly not worth £85. £65, perhaps £70 would have been fairer, even with central location.

    having a fridge in room as it was a stop off point prior to eurostar trip found having a fridge very useful. Excellant working tv and coffee/tea facilities!!

    Slightly smelly when first arrived at 10ish but upon returning around 6pm all ok, breakfast v good.

    Everything you need is fitted into a small space and the location is excellent. The staff at the desk is very helpful.

    The heat in the top-floor room was unbearable, even though not that much of summer had come over London yet. To give an indication; a jar of usually solid vaseline was pure liquid standing in this room at the temperature it had. Room 25 (just as 24 and 23) should not be rented without airconditioning i would say. Fridge was not working, which was good to not further increase temperature of the room but bad for having cold refreshments.

    Shower very poor - no pressure and could not alter temperature (much too hot.) Staff informed. Carpet needed vacuuming in room. 'Continental' breakfast very poor. Room very small.

    comfortable clean room, comfy bed, freshly cooked breakfast, tea and coffee facilities in room, kettle replaced with new one when I complained element was rusty

    bit tatty, walls needed painting in my room, shower bracket broken and wouldn't turn off properly

    "I don't believe the 3 star rating that was claimed on the website had actually been awarded. Would like to know when they were last inspected by the British Tourist Board. The website said the room was reduced from £120 per night to £80, but at £80 still poor value. Gives London a bad reputation for accommodation." (107831253)

    Central Location, easy to find.

    Sink didn't drain. Hairdryer didn't work. No mini bar. Requested to change rooms as not happy. Bathroom very small in both rooms I stayed in. Shabby. Bathroom fixings falling off the wall. Heard other guests complaining that things they'd requested fixing hadn't been done. No cancellation less than 7 days from booking and as I booked 6 days before visit couldn't change plans after reservation had been made, having read other guest reviews on this website. No phone coverage (Orange network) in W1 area.

    easy to find. Handy to tube station. Good location ref shops pubs cafe etc. Cost resonable. Breakfast in Hotel very good.

    Room was tiny. Hallway to bedroom 3 had bedcloths lying on floor for 2 days. Staff were not the most welcoming. Bar very poor and extremely expensive.

    I pointed out that I needed to leave the premises around 8am (it was a Sunday) and the person on duty worked around the fact that the chef wasn't there and provided me with a good breakfast (including boiled eggs!)

    The shower and running water was only luke warm. There was a step in the bathroom leading up to the sink pedestal - I found this dangerous and tripped several times. The edge of the desk was tatty/rough/almost splintered.

    Not a cheap hotel but the room is in excellent condition. It even has a working tv with all the channels. Bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was also very nice only a bit skimpy(one sausage, egg and two rashers + toast)!

    Water in shower was very poor quality! There were no biscuits in the room either as there usually is in hotels! The main 'bad summary' point was the fact that I thought I had already paid for the hotel as I provided my credit cards details while booking online, the print out did not say this. Upon arrival at the hotel I was then asked for payment, which was confusing to me, but it was all in order. So I suggest that this be printed on the confirmation print out. As I did not expect to have to pay for the hotel, so I was lucky that I had enough money!

    Location was excellent Wireless internet was fast Staff helpful when asked something tv on wall was nice and easy to use Let me check in early Elevator was handy.

    Room was dirty....grit in shower and tiles filthly. Curtains needed a good wash. Very overpowering smell of curry in the hotel. Front door handle needed repair. Had good potential but could do with some repairs/upgrades.

    Location Cooked breakfast and thoughtfulness of young fellow serving us Reception gave discount when paying becuase of our complaints

    Booked the hotel because on their web site they state a full bathroom. The room we stayed in only had a shower. The shower tray did not drain away as it was not set correctly and the shower head leaked badly. Breakfast was disappointing. Stated full English but poor portions.

    Clean bedlinen.

    Bathroom in desperate need of updating and far too small. No hand wash basin in bathroom only in bedroom. Carpets badly stained. Mini bar was totally empty (not even switched on).
