    good bed, nice and clean bedding handy plan of Hampstead shops and restaurants really close

    no wake up service hotel is hard to find, the entrance too it is a long walk from the underground station

    "OK - but beware, don't end up in rooms 1 to 20 inclusive, because they are all in the basement." (107360119)

    car park - if you get there early enough . i.e. mid-afternoon

    stayed at this hotel numerous times, but this time the room we were given was in the basement - so no windows, and no air conditioning either - not the kind of room that you wanted to spend time in. Only given one bath towel for both of us, and no milk jiggers in our room - apparently there were none anywhere in the hotel !

    Run down and generally dirty. Beds ancient and uncomfortable. Filthy bathroom with mould infested, limescaled bath and tiles.

    glad we got a parking space, rooms seemed to be looked after well.

    room was VERY hot which made my overall stay uncomfortable, rooms were dated and smelt old and a bit grubby,some traffic noise due to single glazed windows

    Very clean modern quite room for which was on the lower floor, the price of food and drink was very reasonably priced with a happy hour 12-7pm.

    Room had no window and was very warm even with no heating on and an absence of any air conditioning just a grill on the wall which some people would not mind but i like fresh air.

    Clean and my room was quiet and bed comfortable

    Hardly able to move in the room because of the clutter. Windows barely opened and curtains closed the only part of window to open...had to drape curtain over wardrobe door and wedge wardrobe door with television and trolley. Room was suffocatingly hot on a cool night even with window open. No chair in room

    Relatively close to the underground rail system

    every aspect of this hotel is "tired" and "threadbare" and needs to be updated and replaced. the electrical system was unreliable. unable to open windows in very hot weather. Everything smelt stale nothing smelt fresh and clean.

    Excellente localisation, douche chaude et de bon débit, literie confortable

    Personnel d'accueil désagréable et mal élevé ,indifférence complète au client. Hôtel bruyant car très mal insonorisé. Fête avec musique et tambourin jusqu'à 2h du matin. Réunion du personnel à 7h du matin pour rire et parler fort, devant notre chambre. Un homme d'entretien assis contre la porte de notre chambre, s'est même écroulé à l'intérieur quand nous avons réclamé plus de discrétion. Ménage avec chants,et cris de 7h à 8h dimanche matin dans les chambres voisines,les requêtes pour un peu de silence sont restées sans effet. Fenêtre qui ne fermait pas, et toilettes avec un problème de vidange. Salle de bain fanée, vieillotte et très petite La chambre a du être payée à l'arrivée à l'hôtel avant toute remise des clés.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice common areas (bar and Restaurant). Good location. Parking - which I was allowed to use during the following day. Good price for the accomodation.

    Room a bit scruffy, with paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling and the bath was a bit grubby. Loud plumbing noises in the morning. Very expensive breakfast (£10 pp for a bit of bacon & egg?)

    rooms were of a good size, and the bed i found very comfortable

    dont expect to eat in the restaurant,and have a enjoyable meal BECAUSE there isn't one. go out instead. there good selection of restaurants within walking distance.(unless you like tinned sliced chicken)

    Room was comfortable and venue convenient.Overall, the room and bedlinen were very clean.

    The decor was old-fashioned and jaded. The lining of the curtains were torn. There was a soiled item left by a previous guest in the bathroom.

    EFFICIENT POLITE STAFF. GOOD POSITION.

    I BOOKED TWO ROOMS, ONE TWIN AND ONE SINGLE. IN BOTH ROOMS THERE WAS NO HOT WATER OR EVEN WARM WATER IN THE MORNING. IN THE SINGLE THERE WAS NO HEATING.

    Your staff were excellent especially the night barman. The room was immaculate, well done to your chambermaids.

    We found it difficult to get a drink at the bar during the afternoon as the reception staff were very busy with guests. This was not their fault and is just an obsrvation.

    rooms not 100% CLEAN, bathroom bath sealing very untidy and not clean, looked like dried blood on bed cover, our friends requested that their bed cover be changed, it was but second one was just as dirty, requested it to be changed again, but it was not, would not use this hotel again, also very cold in the bar in the afternoon.

    It was a good stay, excellent and effortless ordering process through Active hotels. Hotel/room is decent and great find for the price and short notice.

    Easy to find from Motorway. Pleasant location within walking distance of Hampstead, Belzise Park, Camden Town, Primrose Hill and Village. Plenty of bars, cafe's and restaurants nearby.

    Room cold due to barely warm radiator. The sticker on the bathroom wall warned that the surfaces may be wet but failed to tell us that we would be paddling in water on the bathroom floor after using the shower. Had to mop up with the towelling bath mat and wring it out into the bath several times to clear the excess water from the floor. (shower head spraying water over the top of the shower curtain rail)

    Easy. Room right by lift for the elderly members.

    Breakfast was ok, but the tea was stewed and the croussants (I can't spell it) perhaps not as fresh as would be nice. Not an issue at the price, but it would be nice to have fruit teabags available.
