    Nearness to food places,china food , kebab and pub. Quiet area.

    The room was cold in the morning.Too small to have 3 persons staying. Breakfast could offer more then just tea toast cereals and youghurts.Missed dark bread, egg and cheese.

    Welcome was superb, hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were extremely helpful, room comfortable and with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Location was ideal for our event at the Hammersmith Apollo. Breakfast was good and could not have asked for a better experience.

    "We arrived later than anticipated and found the receptionist to be friendly and efficient, the check-in process being very quick and simple. Our room was comfortable, clean and basic, exactly what should be expected at this price - the beds were very comfortable and extra blankets etc are available if needed. The breakfast was again basic but nicely cooked and the service was charming and quick. The breakfast room is also very nice but gets extremely busy; the hotel was fully booked and anyone arriving for breakfast after about 8.30am had to wait for a table. The location is a 5 minute walk from the Hammersmith tube and there are shops, takeaways etc close by if needed - highly recommended for a good value stay." (97409596)

    the most spacious room out of the 5 hotels we'd stayed in our UK trip ; good shower with moderate temperature and drainage ; close to supermarket and internet shop ; no surcharge on bill settlement by credit card

    considered a bit off from TUBE station with handful of baggages ; assigned a room on ground floor which was situated right next to the main road and the good thing was close to Police and Fire Brigade Station but the downside was a lot of sirens at night ; 2 out of 5 days of our stay in the hotel that the towels didn't get changed

    "The hotel was ok. The staff checking me in was very nice and helpful, however when I went to check out the lady could not speak a word of english. The room was ok but freezing when I got in there. Although the bed linen was clean the room could have done with a hoover and scrub. Wardrobe door was nearly fell off when I opened it.     "My single room had plenty of storage space and although basic it was very clean . Shower was spotless. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Room had to be vacated at 11 on day of departure but we were told we could leave our luggage in hotel for as long as we needed to allow us to do more sightseeing.Stayed here as it was near Hammersmith Apollo--8 min. walk. Only 5 minute walk to tube so still ok for access to central london as 3 main lines go thro' Hammersmith.If you want somewhere clean and friendly and good value for money ( but basic)this is the place. Very good breakfast in nice relaxed surroundings.Definitely good value . I'd go back . If you want something with more facilities then this isnt for you." (3304217085)

    It was simple, but clean and tidy. There was also a contact for 24 hours

    I struggled to remove my key from the room door and the hair dryer did not work.

    "The manager was very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are basic but are clean and tidy, the breakfast was excellent no waiting around. The hotel is about 10 mins walk for Hammersmith Apollo which was the reason we booked it, theres plenty of shops and things in the area so always something to do. The nearest tube is Hammersmith which is next to the Apollo, all round its a nice place to stay we really enjoyed it." (2292235)

    Excellent location, friendly helpful staff

    The walls were extremely thin, could hear everything which was happenign in the next room, the sound was almost magnified. Also we were on the front of the hotel, therefore, right next to the road, perhaps triple glazed windows

    "The hotel is in a good location with many shops and eateries round about - it is only a short walk away from the Hammersmith Apollo. The rooms were modern and clean and I found the staff to be very friendly. Breakfast, which is included in the price, was reasonable - choice of continental or english. We opted for English which consisted of a sausage, egg, rasher of bacon, beans and a round of toast and tea/coffee - we were offered more toast also.
