    Booking process

    Booked becuase it was a 12.30 check in not a 2.30 one, didn't want to let us check in said the rooms weren't ready until we told them the reason we had booked and that it stated on the paperwork, they then let us check in (the rooms were ready). On the website its says refurbished but I doubt from the cracks and holes in the walls that it had been touched for a long time. The staff weren't very helpful.

    The owners of the Royal Guest House went out of their way to be nice, and they were,after we were forced to be shunted to a less inferior hotel next door (our room was in the basement)due to Wimledon being on. We had booked months earler previously

    Due to Wimledon and other big rock conerts being on this was the only downside as we were put into the hotel called The REX (next door) where the staff had no personality and didnt seem to care

    When we arrived with our baby, we were instantly given an upgrade to a larger room for no extra cost. The towels were changed every day, and the room was clean and tidy. The staff were extremely helpful and obliging.

    The water pump was quite loud. The noise from the Emergency Vehicles on the street were noisy and frequent.

    Friendly staff,very helpful.Hotel was clean throughout which counts for a lot!

    The only bad thing was the breakfast!We exppected typical english but it was egg on toast!Thats the only bad thing we have to say though!

    bathroom/toilet very cramped and needed updating, double bed was jammed up against wall, making it difficult to get in and out.Was put in a different hotel to the one we had booked

    the staff of the hostel is kind people

    although it say have Free Wifi, the room cannot detect the wifi code provide. also, some of the facilities is broken, eg. the water tag. and the room I stay have the smell of smoker.

    Ideal for an overnight stay. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good Value.

    Room a bit limited size wise,small toilet/shower facility, only an issue if you are looking to stay more than a couple of nights

    good location reasonable price clean friendly staff

    room to much too hot - tried to turn radiator down but was unable to, so had to sleep with windows open which made it very, very noisy. would have been nice is breakfast finished serving at 10:00am when we were leaving the guest house there was a water leak on the landing.

    Very accomodating. When I arrived, they didn't have a single room available so they gave me a double for the same price as the single was booked as.

    the breakfast was a nice surprise and exceeded our expectations of a "continental breakfast". The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh.

    bedside lamps would be helpful - one of my friends wanted to read before sleeping.

    i was directed to another hotel on arrival to which there was no answer carrying aheavy bag i then was directed to another hotel even further back towards hammersmith number 119 where i also had no answer i then rang the number on the door to which i was told to walk back to the second hotel were i was met by someone to let me in ,with no apology and this was not the hotel that i booked with yourselves then to be told that breakfast isnt served until 7.30am what a con they now that most people working have to be at work by 8.00am therefore its not b&b,justBed with no reduction ,a very typical london guest house

    Very clean. Excellent breakfast both in quantity, quality and service. Very good value for money. Great position for visiting BBC. We were given two single rooms even though we'd booked a twin for economic reasons. Great.

    Shower was red hot and I was unable to have one as couldn't change the temperature. There was a draft from the outside door in my room.

    Place was clean.

    Had to go to another hotel for breakfast.Guy couldn't work the chip and pin. Workmen started their work at 07.30 in the morning.Toilet didn't work properly.

    only got one fuzzy channel on tv. we had to walk up to the euro hotel to have breakfast because of decorating .

    it was close to the tube stations. the all round area was fairly good

    the room could have been a liitle bigger, as the bouble bed was not big enough.i found the process of booking in on the day a bit confusing as i'd booked on place but was put up in another ie:- booked for 47 but stayed in 31 because i left the details for 47 with people at home if they needed to contact me.

    La posizione dell'albergo, la gentilezza del personale.

    All'arrivo c'è stata un po' di confusione perché il receptionist era in un'altra struttura gestita dallo stesso albergo, nella stessa via.

    relatively close to where we needed to be.

    The internet did not work. The hot water was very temperamental. The room was four floors up and no lift with very narrow stair case.
