    Rooms was lovely, with the added convenience of a fridge. Ensuite was good and a nice quiet room.

    Fried breakfast was nice, but could have been larger. Enjoyed the continental breakfast on the other day though.

    Clean, friendly, close to the tube, GREAT breakfast cooked on demand!

    Lots of stairs to the top floor! The room was small and very hot, although a fan was provided.

    Room was clean. Good breakfast.

    Heater did not work properly. There was no any chain on room's door.

    "We were attending the Shepherds Bush Empire for a concert, we found this hotel in a very nice area with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, easily walkable from the empire and the tube. Overall i thought it was a very nice hotel for a short stay, very clean and comfortable with plenty of reakfast included." (97189191)

    "The room was a very small attic room, but as it was only for one night it was sufficient. The shower did not work and the water to the bathroom taps was at extremely low pressure. The inclusive breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly." (97671406)

    It was superbly located. Very near to 3 tube stations and handy for several tourist attractions and venues. The breakfast was more than adequate.

    "As already mentioned staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We had a pleasant stay with a comfortable room and a good breakfast. We stayed in the family room, we did not use the shower as it was very small, and we were only staying for one night. Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel, this is a fantastic location for the centre of London - Hammersmith tube station is just a five minute walk and if you are coming into London by car it is very easy to locate off the M4 and is just outside of the congestion charge zone, and you are able to easily find a parking space on the side streets (free on weekends)."     Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

    Decor would benefit from a facelift.

    Parts of the area, quite a lot of drunk or stoned people in the street. Noisy, both people in the street and traffic.

    "I was looking for an accomodation at walking distance from Hammersmith. What i found suited our needs very well. Besides, we were given a large spacious family room instead of a twin(that we had booked)and that too on the ground floor, that was a real bonus!!The breakfast was fresh, hot and sumptous. I do not think there were any bad surprises. The hotel met with all our expectations and we would be glad to go back to the same place again. A nice friendly family that runs the hotel!!We would happily recommend this place to friends." (3304773588)

    Friendly staff, security very very good, had a front door key and room key, very clean hotel, neat, clean room and ensuite. Excellent breakfasts every morning. Excellent friendly area, shops very close and convenient. Transport close and convenient.

    Small room with twin beds, could have been a bit bigger we thought.

    "This is ideal accomadation for anyone going to a function at the Hammersmith Palais.Only five minutes walk from the nearest underground station( HAMMERSMITH )the town is only five minutes walk away as is the Palais.The town has all the usual high street shops.There is a large Tesco store two minutes away for all your other needs."     "The room was only suitable for a single person, there was nothing to sit on apart from the bed, the bed was squashed against the wall making it difficult to get out of bed to go to the bathroom. In the room there were only paper cups to drink from which is not acceptable. When we arrived there were 4 tea bags & 4 packets of coffee which we used within two days of our stay, these were not replaced." (2723686)

    "I would like to know how B & Bs/hotels earn their hospitality ratings in London. The Hotel Orlando advertises a AA rating and a tourism rating at its front door. How frequently are these premises reviewed? Because of dust in the room's very old carpet, my daughter and I were unable to sleep because we coughed all night; after no sleep the night before and arriving in London at 5.30am the following morning we were less than happy with this accommodation. In fact these conditions forced us to move to another much larger, cleaner room further along Shepherds Bush Road, the Euro Hotel, where we spent the remainder of our stay in London. Maree Boehm, Melbourne, Australia." (2157845)

    Unfortunately, very little. The room was a triple that should have been a double only. Very cramped. The room was also very dusty.
