    Excellent staff homely hotel could meet my business needs quickly and efficiently

    NO Lift but they may have I didn't ask no view from my window but this wasn't an issue as I was working

    room cold, five minutes late for breakfast therefore didnt receive anything. shower luke warm plus pressure extremely weak.

    very good and pleasant place to stay also very clean . breakfast was lovely big portions and quick service would recommend this place and we would go and stay again.

    staff generally friendly and helpful locals in bar verry friendly.

    staff serving food in bars poorly trained/advised on menue, food of questionable quality and overpriced. the hotel policy of no smoking in in all rooms created a bad impression with the smokers huddled at the only door into the hotel and the ensuing mess in the street.

    It was very warm and welcoming, with excellent facilities. The shops across the road gave us everything we needed.

    The building was very intresting. They had made good use of the space. Dinning Room was very. Staff Welcome was GREAT. Very friendly

    Breakfast Staff was misable. Struggled to understand what we wanted to eat which I found strange.

    "I would like to have known where the parking was beforehand. We did find it though. It is situated down the side of the hotel, and looks like a big garage. Could not fault anything really. We would stay again if we are up that way." (3305254140)

    Beds were exremely comfortable. My sons wanted to take them home. Food was good. Everywhere was clean. Central to the town. Friendly staff.
