    the reception stuf in the naxt day morning is moew nice .....

    the reception stuff is not welcome. when i ask some peroson to find where is location by phone, he was tired to answer and said just take taxi. and when i finish check-in he didn't help me to move my 25kg luggage to 3 stairs but help the previous lady move small bag ~~ what a service ~

    Great location. Very clean and well kept. Flexible breakfast times to dine.

    Lighting was'nt so convenient for two people in the evening as both bedroom and en-suite were synchronised. Room a bit cramped.

    Very nice and helpful staff. Pleasant and quiet room. Hotel near to the tube which was very good.

    No breakfast included in the price. The "Communication Fee" (tv, internet etc) and the inability to just have regular television in the room.

    Well situated - clean - cheap

    They changed our first room as there was a barrier against the window. The corner one they gave us was much better but still a bit dirty and light bulbs not working. Staff was extremely helpful during the day. GREAT location for us and okay breakfast.

    Dirt, some construction noise, an altercation in the lobby with a guest and staff member.

    good location to dominion theatre and tube. When complained about the room we got moved but staff did not apologise and werent particularly friendly.

    room was small and damp and real let down lots of road works directly outside hotel which although unavoidable would have appreciated being informed of the fact.

    The room was good and well kept and the ensuite was brilliant.

    I did find the temperature a bit warm and the room was not a large one. I was recovering from being ill so maybe the heat was due to that.

    excellent location, within walking distance of some very good pubs, eateries and theatres, friendly staff especially the receptionist who was very efficient, very quiet on a night, good facilities in the room.

    breakfast was the only slight disappointment, it was very nice but just a little bit on the small size for what we paid.

    Very close to the British Museum, within easy walking distance of the theatres and Oxford Street. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels, bedding etc.

    "I don't know that I would go back to this hotel even though it has a good site in London for the theatres as checking in was so difficult and the facilities in our room were questionable." (107195537)

    Location was excellent

    We could not check in for an hour and a half after specified check in time. Lack of communication between staff at the hotel as reception sent us up to our room when the cleaner was still cleaning it, twice. We had to litterally wait outside our door of the room for the cleaner to finish. The shower in our room was broke, water leaked everywhere which made the bathroom extremely dangerous to walk around.
