    The food, especially the evening meal, was a particular highlight; lovely location; comfortable bed.

    room somewhat over decorated and furnished for my taste and quite dark - but well appointed - very nice new fittings.

    Very well located. A quiet and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

    Hole in ceiling of bedroom (Room 3) where light fitting was (will be?). Television picture too small for comfortable viewing and colour is unstable.

    Single room ok but bathroom had quite dangerous step within it - stepping back from the wash basin I fell but was unhurt.

    unable to work jacuzui in the room -disapointed as room had been booked for the reason of having a jacuzui in the room- told different ways by staff as to how to work it- however found that none of the ways was the right way!

    Friendly service

    Online booking went wrong - first night full and referred to another hotel which was confirmed and then turned out to be full when we arrived. Some items were broken in bathroom. Vegetarian food selection was poor.

    A very comfortable hotel set in superb surroundings and nice to have a quiet location.

    I suppose my only comment would be that the single bed was not very firm and wobbled . I think the frame could do with tightening up.

    Quiet location, ample parking. very good breakfast and friendly restaurant staff.

    Bedroom decor a bit careworn and room appeared not t have been aired before arrival. Decor a little bit too fussy for our taste.

    "A bit surprised at the Hotel given the claim to be 'The Best Kept Secret in Pembrokeshire' A perfectly ordinary west Wales hotel whose only distinguishing feature - very welcome too - was that it was spotlessly clean. We arrived after 2.00pm, the room was not ready so we went downstairs for coffee. Surprisingly this was charged!" (108002093)

    Spotlessly clean.

    Plumbing issues. Bath waste overflows when emptying sink. Sink plug will not stay down unless you hold it there until the sink is full. Simple issues to put right.

    Pleasant surroundings. Nice garden. Friendly and helpful staff.

    Badly handled fire alarm during early hours. Left to our own devices to exit building down an unlit external fire escape in the dark and wet. Compensation offered and accepted by way of discount on bill.

    Haben Twin-Betten gebucht und nur ein schmales Doppelbett erhalten,nur eine Bettdecke,Heizungsröhre od. so etwas durchs Zimmer geleitet, die abends Lärm machte

    "This was a real Hotel that has character (it is not a plastic Hotel)Excellent breakfast. Very quiet. Railway station 100m, Temby is worth a visit, or walk to Pembury (Roadside footpath) approx 30min 1.7 mile or 3 min by car. Plenty of off road car parking. Good mobile telephone signal." (97585726)

    Beautiful furnished large room with many extras and excellent bathroom.

    Would have been usefull to have some internet connection, a wi-fi system is not expensive,many business customers look for this.

    Great location. Quiet and friendly.

    Although the bathroom was very nice, (looked brand new), the shower was a bit dodgy and it was hard to get water at a sensible temperature. I wold also say the decor was a little over the top as regards its pinkness, but the decorative order was high and to a good standard.

    pleasant room, lovely location close to where I had to be, breakfast fine good choice

    lack of bar meals in the evening. I didn't need a full restaurant meal having eaten earlier but I had to go out to find a simple bar meal

    "We found the welcome by both management and staff to be excellent. All meals, breakfast and evening were of a very good standard. Parking was easy withplenty of spaces close to the entrance with very pleasing garden with pond for visitors' use. We enjoyed our two night stay and will not hesitate to stay there again when we return to Pembrokeshire. We would be interested in more information about the family self catering option to pass on to interested friends." (99486890)

    Very clean, bathroom facilities excellent.

    The room was smaller than we expected but certainly adequate. The room-bathroom ratio could have been better.

    Good en suite and dining room had 'atmosphere'.

    Very unhelpful, couldn't care less attitude of all staff at both breakfast and dinner. For example, waitress left hot breakfast on side of another table after tutting when I hadn't finished cereal. No explanations of lack of adequate vegetarian food when ordered. Very poor service overall and in particular very poor vegetarian choice.
