    I cannot praise the hotel enough. Quick and easy check in on arrival. Both my colleague and I were upgraded to a room with sea view and the room was lovely. was very impressed with the size of the room, very clean and very comfortable. I will certainly recommened this hotel to friends and colleagues, esp as I have family who live in Pembroke Dock.

    Pleasant rooms, nice view, quiet location

    Room too hot - no heating controls anywhere. TV didn't work. Staff kept getting our room number wrong so newspaper was delivered to the wrong room, staff entered room when it was occupied etc. Check out times on web pages different to those in hotel literature. Breakfast only available till 9.30am.

    Nice and Clean, and despite not having much of the food on the menu, the staff were polite.

    Overall quality of food is, by comparison to many hotels and restaurants very poor. Also the WI-FI is not available in some of the rooms.

    Quick, helpful, polite and on the ball front of house staff - had everything ready for me to book in 3hrs early! and they only asked a few questions as already had info from online booking. Bed was huge, firm and comfy and room felt very spacious. Also very helpful and efficient in arranging taxis, giving local info etc. All in all very pleased.

    (would'nt of mentioned if not specificially asked, but...) room quite warm and shower was a weakpoint.

    24 hour checkin means that I could check in after arriving on a ferry at 1.00 am.

    Breakfast selection was limited and was a little cold. Signposting to the Hotel was difficult to see.

    Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Room comfortable

    Dinner was not in the restaurant because of a function. The room that dinner was served in looked as thought it was usually a storage room.

    Bedroom good size, with large bed (2 singles made into one).

    Service slow in restaurant (inc breakfast). Food not exceptional, Poor reception on TV. Bathroom tight.

    Breakfast was not ready to be served at 7.00am, I left at 7.15 having some fruit juice and yogurt, staff did not approach or could not be contacted to order /receive, tea/coffee

    Good hotel , neat and clean, very friendly staff. The dinner was the best part. The view of the river is simply awesome. Good experience overall.

    Need to have some smoking rooms. A little reduction in price looking at the size of the rooms should be considered.

    Helpful manager. This hotel is good in summer but not winter. I'll restrict my stay to summer now!

    Booked a room in the new section at £15 extra. The room was very VERY cold. The heating was not on and was limited to a small radiator concealed in a 'bow' window which was not sufficient. It was useless when the curtains were closed and stopped any heat. The manager was good and moved me to an old room which was warm with a huge hot radiator. I did not get a credit for having used the lower priced room. The Breakfast used to be excellent and served individually - it's now a down market self service where the staff have little knowledge or skills.

    Its a well keep & clean place with great views over Milford sound. The rooms are all good with the rooms with a view (more costly) being well appointed and larger in size. Wirless connections are generally very good for those of us that continue to work into the night.

    Actual food still fails to live up to the menu description. As an example a dish descrided as served with wild mushrooms, 1 chestnut mushroom does not meet with that description. Most of the dishes served here are like that. The food is of good quality just not as is expected given the menu description. Pretentious food would sum it up.

    Weddding party took over hotel for 2.5 hours whilst waiting to go into reception - no room for residents Service in restaurant poor for dinner - staff very helpful but had to remind for desserts and coffee

    Very easy to find just off the toll bridge road. Wonderful views from dining room. Reception staff very helpful. Food very good, excellent breakfast.

    Convenience for Irish Ferry. Excellent choice for breakfast and nicely prepared, one of the best we had in 9 days in UK ! Comfortable bed, if a bit small. Nice situation overlooking estuary.

    Room noise : as wedding guests in hotel were retiring late and the bedroom door was FAR from soundproof. The T.V. 'remote' didn't work,(a minor point of annoyance to get out of bed to work T.V!) Bigger double bed might have been nicer.

    Price and location for my work.

    Breakfast not good, staff unaware of the basics. Milk for cereal was warm.I asked for Earl Grey tea and was given hot water, a pack, and a cup. Do they not know it's vital to use boiling water? Shower poor as it leaked and there the blind was missing from th ebathroom window. This was on the ground floor and looks directly onto the car park..a few yards away.

    very good hotel, very polite staff

    one think I would like to mention is on entering the hotel there are two class doors I think these glass doors should have a sticker on the pane of glass.As when my husband was leaving the hotel to go to the car the sun was shining in and the door appeared to be open and he walked straight into the door and cut his nose we did not bring it to the attention of the staff as my husband felt very stupid especially when he dose not drink. I think this should be sorted as it could happen to a child and have very serious consequences overall our stay was very enjoyable and would return. Evelyn

    Friendly staff. Excellent service.

    Bathroom fan not working but this was swiftly rectified. We were upgraded to a better room.
