    Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, TOPLOCATIE, heel veel interessante plekken op loopafstand

    gammele kast en tafel die bijna omvielen, 1 raam ging niet open.

    Location excellent, for West End, and value very good for the location. Good breakfast for the price. Lots of restaurants within 100 metres, pleasant Italian Restaurant next door

    We expected a small room for the money, but it was very small! No plug in the basin, but that encouraged us to shower (good shower)!

    Room was clean

    I wasn't told until after booking that my ensuite toilet was down the hall. I was also concerned about being on the 4th floor with no fire escape other than the stairs I went up.

    Really friendly staff that couldnt do enough to help. Top notch security. Excellent location for everything!!!

    There were alot of stairs. TV was a blurry and desktop lamp didnt work.

    Very close to the centre of london. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The weather helped it was beautiful.

    The only bad point if any was that our toilet was down the hall, although we were the only guests to use it and had a key.

    Room like a rabbit hutch. Steps to bathroom and kettle and cups in front, dont get a hangover or accident Toilet if mail hold seat up as doesnot stay up on its own.

    rooms are very clean

    The stairs are tight and twisty, no lift and had to walk up four floors. The rooms are very small with no room to move about in. The location of the bed cuased there to be a draft on me all night long

    The absolute best location for sightseeing in London! A 5 minute walk to Leicester Square and 10 minutes to Piccadilly Circus or Trafalgar Square, you are literally surrounded by the Theatre District.

    My wife and I were traveling with our 23 year old son, and the room was a bit small for 3 adults, but the ensuite toilet and shower was adequate. We requested a room in the front, where we found 2 large windows which made the room seem much larger.

    Excellent location. Covent Garden and Theatres all within easy walking distance. Reasonable price for location and facilities on offer. Good breakfast.

    No lift -- we had a room on the third floor. Narrow staircase makes it difficult to carry luggage. It could be difficult to exit in an emergency.

    Great location, good breakfast

    No en-suite, no lift to fourth floor, room was damp and smelt of smoke, light over mirror kept going out, front desk is not manned after midnight (something we were not told about)

    Absolutely perfect location, helpful and very friendly staff. Safe.

    Not much pressure in the shower. No lift which was fine for us but might be inconvenient for some people.

    A very friendly little place in an excellent location.

    The night we stayed the noise of emergency service sirens were constantly being heard untill around 04:00am. Then one of the local cafe owners decided to start sorting his bottles out, so sleep was very spasmodic indeed. But this is not the fault of the hotel owners.

    "WE ONLY USED THE HOTEL TO SLEEP IN. WE WERE OUT FROM 0930 IN THE MORNING UNTIL 0100 IN THE MORNING. A GREAT LOCATION TO REST YOUR HEAD. BASIC, SO WOULDN'T USE THE HOTEL FOR LEISURE PURPOSES BUT IT SUITED US. VERY CLEAN. NOT FOR FAINT HEARTED.     WE CAME TO HIT THE WEST END FOR 5 DAYS. FANTASTIC LOCATION. EVERYTHING WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE. GOOD RATES. THE FAN ABOVE THE BED WAS LOVELY.

    The rooms were clean and comfortable. the staff were helpful and available when needed.

    We were in a room sharing a toilet which ran out of paper and there was no spare in the room. Breakfast was served untill 9.30 but when we arived just after 9 there was very little left.

    Some towels were worn out and hard, and newer ones were not so absorbent.
