    Good value for money, we had a voucher which enabled our stay to be worthwhile!

    I think the hotel could do with putting up some signs on doors to the corridors where the rooms are saying somehting like"Please do not distrub other guests that may be sleeping" as we had disturbances both nights at around 2am

    The room was spacious and comfortable

    The iron did not work and my request for a replacement was ignored, I had to chase the following day

    Good clean room with everything you would need. Hotel bar, food and service was good

    You had two coach loads on the Saturday night with meant hell for all other guests at the breakfast tables on Sunday morning. Not enough staff or maybe the right staff were available that morning to deal with the demand at breakfast. Consequently we had a substandard breakfast with half the product available.

    Excellent customer service, all spoke good english (sometimes a rarity nowdays) and very helpful, we asked for directions and we were shown on a map and then given the map to take away. The barman was lovely and very friendly. Great breakfast lovely staff. Great value for money.

    First room was double although requested twin. In second room the wallpaper was hanging off the wall! Third room tiny!

    Staff were friendly and attentive

    Shower difficult to adjust water temperature, and towels were very rough and uncomfortable to use.

    hot room, no ventilation except grond floor window; too many badly behaving guests; poor coffee/tea choice in the room; only one chair in a double room

    Location

    Toilet seat was completely broken off and was dangerous with regards to health and safety and should have been picked up during cleaning.

    Large comfortable room. Nice bathroom suite

    No flannel in the bathroom. Light over the mirror didn't work. Looked out onto busy roundabout - traffic noise high

    "The only thing I wasnt happy with was the cost of the breakfast. I think £11.95 was very steep. I stayed at the Hilton in Marble Arch last year and I think they charged about the same, however, there's also included some form of cooked food ! I ended up running across the road to the MacDonalds to get our breakfast !! It ruined the fact that this was our first night away from our 14 month old Son and was looking forward to a lie in !"     "I found the hotel and rooms suitable for our needs, although I found the overhead lights in the bedroom above the bed, instead of bedside lights, unpleasant. The bedroom faced a very busy road but the soundproofing kept all vehicle noise out. I liked the arrangements on Sunday morning with breakfast available from 7.30 am until noon and check out also until noon. The breakfast was generous with cold and hot food including fresh fruit and the service at breakfast was very good. We have stayed here before and would again in the future." (97186765)

    Comfortable bed, spacious and well equipped bathroom, iron and ironing board in the bedroom.

    The lack of bedside lights. The overhead spotlights, even when dimmed, on the ceiling above the bed were horrible and glaring, and, for someone wearing glasses, caused unpleasant reflections when trying to read in bed.

    "The staff in the resturant were very rude. They ignored us on arrival, We felt very arquad in where to sit etc. it took 45 minutes for our meal to arrive and when we asked for a sweet menu we got the look of death from the waiter.     "We were very impressed with the hotel, having stayed in hotels all over the world we were impressed with the facilities and size of the room. The modern TV, the blackout curtains which you only get when upgrading in some hotel chains. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good." (99747175)

    The room was a good size and clean well decorated. The beds were very comfortable.

    The room was excellent and the booking in very good it was a pity that later when we went to recption to ask for extra coffee for the room we got a Manwell moment! (not good with english).

    The very bad service with our evening meal.

    room was neat, breakfast good and hotel was clean in spite of renovations

    evacuating the hotel due to a fire alarm, when it was obvious it was an old man smoking that set it off. The restaurant staff are slightly curt.

    We were able to access the rooms earlier than expected due to the common sense approach by the reception staff. All the staff were freindly and eager to assist in any way they could.

    Step over into shower made it necessary to assist older guest into cubicle

    "check in took 25 mins as there was only one person on duty and it was busy breakfast was included on our deal but when we went to breakfast the staff questioned if we had payed for breakfast and had to check the hot selection of the mael was poor as it had been out for some time fried eggs were cold scrambelled eggs were set like concrete plates were cold so we passed on breakfast" (99183155)
